Plugged a compressor into an outside extension chord and left me with no lights and no fence for 4-5 days until my electrician could come out. They left 6" gaps at the bottom of the fence line and because of their absolute unprofessionalism, I cut my losses and got them off my property. This was such a disaster. With so many other choices in Atlanta, why take the chance with this company?

I first met with Domoniq who was friendly and efficient in gathering measurements and understanding what my needs were. After receiving the initial quote I had additional questions, and he quickly answered and then updated the quote. Once I decided to use Bravo, I put an initial down payment to start. Within a week, Lowes had dropped off all the needed supplies, then Jose (Crew Chief) and company(3 guys and 2 gals) arrived around 9A to start building. Jose did a final walkthrough with me to ensure everything was located correctly with gates and final placement. Once confirmed, his crew went to work. As he stated they typically do a fence a day, they all knew their place and position and started. They were friendly and incredibly hard working. While one or two guys did demo work with the old fence pieces, others brought lumber and posts where they needed to go. The women were no slouches either as I watched them carry 80 lb bags of quickcrete like they were nothing! The crew worked the rest of the day and finally finished around 5P. Jose and I did final walkthroughs and I decided to keep the rest of the leftover materials to use if needed. I would give them an A+ 5 / 5 rating. Great work and great price!

This by far has to be the worse fence company ever. They destroyed my water lines, fence door fell off the hinges within a month and calls to rectify the issues goes unanswered after months. This was the worst investment I made to my home going with these guys. Their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars in water overage bills and new water line installation. There is a board that is not attached to the fence. I asked that it be fixed. They were also going to fix the placement of the gate handles. I keep being told they'll come ASAP. Next week. Next week. And here we are more than two months later. My pine straw is an eyesore and I don't feel I should have to fix it. I've tried to be patient but this is getting a bit silly. You'll get a nice fence at a good price. But watch the clean up and I hope you don't need to get in contact with them or have issues because I'm you may not hear from them for a long long time. I recognize that customer reviews still ring loud, particularly with big purchase decisions. I'll admit that they were quick to accept and book an appointment for install, but thereafter would not be able to point to one incident/interaction worthy of punctuality or praise (maybe something has happened since 2013 reviews were posted?). In the spirit of brevity, we had to inquire/request the company to send our final invoice (received +3 months after job). Requested a home service call at a later date for significant bending of our fence (representative arrived +1 month after request). After review the representative acknowledged the situation and offered some goodwill options; however no follow through since (idle with zero progress, days counting). Meanwhile in the interim, our neighbors elected to use Prime Fence too (via our 'premature' referral) and had their fence recently completed (despite several scheduling hiccups and a formal complaint later being filed). As for us, it has now been +7 months, fatigued and weathered, by a series of unreturned emails, phone calls and text messages to date (details of each interaction is documented) - case in point. Each of us has been empathetic upon receiving late notes about limiting matters like illness, labor constraints and weather conditions - all of which can be seen as reasons for being unable to meet service commitments. Regardless, there are many misfortunes to note here and the biggest being that two neighboring families have been saddled with unnecessary frustration. In a world where we try to have respect and pride for local businesses, I'd caution others to really consider the reputation (or lack of) before selecting any service company. This small business apparently has little pride for its name on the side of our fenced yard, evident by the lack of concern for sustaining relations with a referring, paid-in-full customer.
