In fact, the evidence of my experience is still on my floor. I had them tile my kitchen floor. The So Called Professional, took ZERO PRIDE in his work, RUSHED through the job, and DID NOT follow my instruction / request for the layout / pattern used. Trust me, the end result speaks for itself. Example: I had them lay a " threshold " of 1" tile at the entry to the kitchen as part of the color accent. It is just a strip 7" x 32". Mr.Professional managed to leave his HAND PRINTS in it because he didn't have sense enough to use something flat ( like a piece of the 12"x12" TILE that he was also laying ) or a float. ANYTHING but your bare hands. IF I had noticed THIS, on top of everything else, BEFORE I paid them, they would NOT have been paid. Hindsight: Don't pay for tile work BEFORE it has had time to set, so that you can walk on it and INSPECT IT THOROUGHLY. The ONLY REASON I hired them was because I wanted the kitchen PROFESSIONALLY GROUTED AND SEALED because of the environment ( kitchen ). As it turned out, I did the sealing. Now, I regret that I didn't do the WHOLE job MYSELF. I had previously gutted / remodeled my master bathroom myself. Did BETTER work than AOC. That evidence is there also. At the moment I am currently refinishing my second bathroom. I am doing ALL of the work, tile and otherwise. BELIEVE THIS.....It will be better craftsmanship than Mr.ProfessionalGrabthemoneyandgo is CAPABLE of. Wish I could post photos here. I would certainly be happy to do so.

I could not have asked for a better result. The fence line is magnificent, the workmanship superb, and the overall cost was beyond fair when considering that the materials (3/4" stained and weather proofed pickets) are of the highest quality and board on board.
