After an informative assessment appointment, I decided to move forward with them. From the beginning, Ben was professional and thorough. He provided a detailed written contract, walked me through his process, answered all of my questions, and ensured the workspace was cleaned at the end of each day. Even when the project extended beyond the original timeline, I appreciated that Ben kept me updated about the challenges he was facing. His communication and transparency were reassuring. Unfortunately, the strong communication didn't last. Toward the end of the project, Ben became unresponsive. Two important tasks remain unfinished, the correction of a gutter that was improperly installed over my back porch and the removal of a large "Bagster - Dumpster in a Bag" filled with trash from the wall replacement. The last time I spoke with Ben was on May 14. He mentioned he was completing another project in GA and would contact me when he returned. Over a month later, with several unanswered messages, I'm having to find someone else to fix the gutter and figuring out how to dispose of the waste left on my property. Ben and his team clearly do quality work, but I'm disappointed in how the project was left incomplete. For potential clients, my suggestion is to hold off on making your final payment until all aspects of the job, including clean-up and waste removal is fully finished.

I recently noticed a area in my yard was not getting proper watering and went out to look at it so…read more looking at it, I had noticed they poured concrete for the Post to hold the gate and it was up against the sprinkler head, so I was able to remove two chunks that were up against the sprinkler head and then turned the irrigation on and it was not rotating properly so I called them up to take care of it for me ( to clean up the concrete that they poured right next to the sprinkler head and fix it ) So a guy came out, took a look at it took pictures made notes and said he would get back with me. Never heard back from them for 10 days. So I called.them back to find out what was going on, and the secretary would give them a note to call me back The guy that came out that looked at the problem called me back and he said the owner Scott ( which is on the beach Boulevard location) it was out of warranty. What a crock! The stuff was there the day they left ! I had spent a good amount of money with them ( also had them do another project In that time frame ) and yet Scott couldn't fix a problem for me being it was out of warranty when I caught the problem wow! That is poor customer service I work in the trade industry-as well, but not what they do, but I know what I do for a living demands quality and customer service are the most important thing for what I do.
