A few weeks ago my family member got a ride with home team transportation; the customer service that we received blew me out of the water. Our driver, David, was so nice and so experienced that I knew I had to at least give him a good review. Luckily I'm the first one to do so on yelp! He was caring & everything you should expect from a transportation company. He even told me they have an APP to book transportation. The Van was clean and he kept a polite conversation with us the entire ride to the appointment. And let's not forget to mention the fact that he was on time! My mom just loves him and it makes me feel good that I know that my mom is in good hands. I know David is going to take good care of her make and make sure she gets to her appointments on time. There is no one else we would use other than David for medical transportation for my mother. UNTIL.... Jax Patient Care came into our life. They have become our extended family. We have been so blessed by them. If my father canceled a trip for any reason the owners called to check on him & find out if there was anything they could do. Talk about above & beyond. Ken & Amy have made us feel so special and important to their company. When we see them we greet with hugs, their staff is the most efficient and well trained. With a fractured kneecap I was unable to maneuver the 4 steps leading into my house. JaxCare was able to send two men to lift me out on a stretcher. The transporters were courteous, sympathetic, gentle and very patient. It is very pricey if you are going by stretcher as they have to send two men but the peace of mind of not maneuvering the stairs was worth it.

I am always a little early for my appointments ( same time I would arrive if I drove myself) and I'm picked up in 15 mins or less when I call and say I'm done. I think this is great service. I had other companies not pick me up for 2-4 hours. I could go on and on on what a great service they do. They are also compassionate drivers. They treat you like family. I am very thankful for them.
