She does not communicate at all. Whether she does not know english or just pretends to not know english, I will never bother to find out. STAY AWAY FROM PLACE.

What bothered me most was the inconsistency in how customers were treated. I was told that I had to pay the full amount upfront before any work would be done, but while I was there, another customer was told she could pay when she picked up her clothes. The pricing also seemed arbitrary, and I was given the impression that prices were being made up as they went along rather than following a clear, consistent policy. Being treated differently from other customers and spoken to disrespectfully left a very bad impression. Customer service should be fair and consistent for everyone. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I would not recommend this business.

They were still way too big. She tersely told me that "This happens all the time" that I tell her where I need the waistline to be and then not be happy about it. So untrue and happened only two times and it was completely her poor work. I just walked out knowing I would never come back. The Christmas holiday went by and soon it was the end of January with still no call. At first I didn't think the timeline was odd because of the holiday. I called for a status update and could not get a clear answer. Eventually after multiple calls I was able to reach the tailor in March... who informed me that there were no instructions for the alteration so nothing had been done. I attempted to explain the alteration over the phone but was told that I needed to explain the job in person and that I needed to make an appointment. I made the 45 minute drive to the "appointment" where the tailor was hostile, gave me my jacket, and told me to leave. Also they lied about dry cleaning it, which I would have paid for. So in summary they had my jacket for 4 months, did absolutely nothing and returned it to me in the same condition it was left. At least they didn't ruin it or lose it.
