He was condescending, rude and unprofessional with me and my child. He had lots of grey hair, he was around retirement age. With the way he treated us, he should be retired and away from young kids trying to get their license! At this business, they make the first time drivers (many of the minis 15 or 16 years old, mind you) start with parallel parking. The student gets one try. If they aren't lined up directly in a straight line with the cones, you have to pay one more and book another appointment. Kids aren't given a second try or any "suggestions" on what they can improve on before the second attempt. I think that is quite fraudulent, especially with the condescending tone and word choice this old man had with my child and I. Perhaps we got stuck with an older gentleman while everyone else; who gave this place 5 stars; must have a pleasant adult observer. Too bad we didn't get that. Especially knowing these kids are first time drivers, you would think they would receive some patience and not an intimidating and rude experience from a business. Take my word, book your appointment with not this man. Too bad I can't remember his name, avoid a retirement age man for your kid's and your own sake.

So about 6 months ago state passed a new law to get people license back from actions taken against them. Thousands of residents eligible to get license renewed with no penalty. So I took the test, new photo and temp permit. A few months after I began a search for a Driver School that offers Road Testing. After reading hundreds of reviews many companies I choose this place. Highly impressed that they even sent a reminder email the day before testing. The Old lady I believe is Fran, she's old school strict school teacher type, you know like a nun whose gonna smack you with a ruler. You can tell she's done this ten thousand times. Percise detail instructions on every move to make. I tried polite conversation, nope didn't work couldn't get a smile outta her. After testing I told her about this great operation you have and would write a 5 star review and post around web. Ah Ha a great Big smile and a Thank You too. Note all companies have some negative reviews and this one by far the most positive reviews around the web. They number one in my book and I highly recommend.

She has no patience and arguably doesn't fulfill the role of a driver instructor nicely. Her method of instructing is COMPLETELY different than Rick. She is very cut and dry, no sympathy, and does not take kindly to nervous drivers. Rick however, informs the driver clearly and kindly on what they are expected to do and he even adds a nice little "You got this! It'll be okay!" type of touch. Maybe her passive aggressive way of instructing works with some drivers... Who knows! I just know that Rick is a great instructor and I would recommend him gladly to anyone who asked!

One dad was turning red in the face . Then the guy mentioned how there are a bunch of cameras in the cars and kids bad attitudes won't be accepted and they will have video... ok what about your driving instructors bad attitudes? Lord! The instructor my son had the first 2 days was new, unprepared, confusing, late and boring. I did ask for a new teacher as the reviews reflected that this school was different than others and a little more fun...a new teacher was assigned....thank you. As for the driving teachers you have a couple dudes there that are complete old jerks and make the kids feel on egg shells. I reported Dennis as my son was like OMG that guys the biggest jerk. One driver teacher boasted about making good money and working OT doing this, but he was an ass and gave a kid a panic attack. I made sure my son didn't have either of these men again. Kids are nervous enough and these guys just yelled. Why do they do this for a living is it just about money?
