Worst trash/garbage pick-up service on the face of the planet!! WORST COMPANY EVER!! They don't pick up the trash as scheduled. Their excuse is always the same, "One of the trucks is down." No, you as a company do not know how to care of your equipment or customers. Lazy, unorganized and un-kept office workers, not to mention a dirty and smelly office. In town from Denver, taking care of someone. Took their trash out today, and had an extra large box that I did forget to break down, which I totally understand why it wasn't taken....but I did however have 3 extra bags of trash that HE DID SEE, that didn't fit in the trash can, and just decided not to take it. They don't pick up on scheduled days and when they do they skip my house and refuse to come back. The office always says either a truck is down or they are behind and can't get to me this week. Don't use them they don't care if your trash gets picked up but demand you still pay them for services not rendered. read more
