Our Inspector, Ken, showed up early and was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. He explained his inspection process, answered all questions and addressed the handful of concerns we had. Ken began the inspection on the exterior then moved to the interior. Ken diligently and throughly inspected every inch of our home. I was onsite during the inspection and as items surfaced, Ken explained in detail and in words I could understand potential issues and items that required attention. He provided us with a detailed analysis of our property the same day the inspection was completed with at included detailed information and multiple images, electronically.
