I tried to call Mr. Miller's office yesterday - March 21, 2025 - and was surprised to learn (520)…read more800-1900 now goes to the Sierra Vista Golf Center. Possibly forwarded? I don't know. The windows of the office are covered with black plastic and a sign is posted on the door saying, "Our Office is Closed" and lists numbers to call for insurance questions. A quick peek into the windows shows no office furniture or equipment. It is intuitively obvious to the casual observer, and this 30+ year client, that his office shut down a while ago without letting his customers nor Farmers Insurance know about it. Very disappointing.

He was not cordial and somehow to a fault too direct, and very preoccupied with making you think he was very experienced. He was overly zealous about the business, a subject his clients would just not have to deal with (see below for more). What does he tell elderly people, don't worry, this policy will outlive you? Was he setting me up to fail if I brought a claim? Perhaps he was being realistic. Insurance companies don't have the best record for paying claims and it's about impossible to convince them of the true value of your possessions without levitating naked above Cochise Stronghold. In line with my apprehensions, it blew up in my face, thanks to a facia board. In hindsight Mr. Miller, be polite (the client should be right). Make them feel better. Help them with their problems. Ask yourself, do you really want their business? How are their concerns and problems factored into the state of society and especially the economy today. This is your last opportunity to make a difference in life Pal. That's emotional intelligence.
