I was shopping for insurance and stumbled onto www.heartlandaz.com. They are an independent broker - meaning- they represent a multitude of insurance carriers - not just one. The lady took my information and told me she'd call me back. In less than 30 mins, she called me back with quotes from the best 3 priced carriers. I was amazed at how many different companies that she could tell me thier price. I ended up with Progressive. They were the best deal all around. Then the lady told me that if my Progressive policy later increased, all I need to do is call her at Heartland and with a click of a few buttons, she would put my policy out to bid. I kinda get the feeling that they are working for me, not the insurance companies. I hope your experience is as good as mine!

The windows of the office are covered with black plastic and a sign is posted on the door saying, "Our Office is Closed" and lists numbers to call for insurance questions. A quick peek into the windows shows no office furniture or equipment. It is intuitively obvious to the casual observer, and this 30+ year client, that his office shut down a while ago without letting his customers nor Farmers Insurance know about it. Very disappointing.

Ask yourself, do you really want their business? How are their concerns and problems factored into the state of society and especially the economy today.
