We were repeatedly expected to be understanding of mistakes and delays, yet when I wanted to change the paint color near completion, I was quoted an additional $500. They later offered to comp the repaint after another issue with the pony wall, but by then I simply wanted the project finished. Most disappointing was that their group chat specifically encouraged us to voice concerns so they could make things right. When I finally expressed how dissatisfied I was with the experience, I received no response--only a request for final payment. Our project manager, Chris, was kind, respectful, great with my dogs, and genuinely tried to make things right, which I appreciated.
