The store is run by knowledgeable staff who are able to talk about all flavors and brands of cigars in detail, in addition to providing recommendations for ideal cigar storage and preservation, down to the best setups for miniature humidors and hygrometer management. Humidor Cigar World's only downside is that it is not a cigar lounge, which is a shame since those make for excellent relaxation spots and the area could really use one.

The bar staff are always pleasant and willing to assist with selecting a good or new smoke. Mark has made us feel welcome each time we come in.
