Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. From the very beginning, Kevin Baltz's crew performed subpar work on the retaining wall -- including stuffing their own trash into the wall, pizza crust included. Even worse, the crew urinated on the side of my sister's house. When these issues were brought to Kevin's attention, he apologized and promised to personally manage the project to make things right. One week later, instead of fixing anything, Kevin informed my sister and her husband that he was unable to complete the project and walked away entirely. They are now left with a backyard that is nothing but a giant pile of dirt. To make matters worse, Kevin is refusing to return their $15,000 deposit, leaving them with a total loss and no completed work. This experience has been unprofessional, disrespectful, and financially damaging. Do not use this company.

They came out quickly, sized up the job, had a competitive quote in my hands by the next day. Work began three days later and was completed in one day. I haven't seen a harder working crew in a long time. The crew was also respectful and courteous, explaining to me what they were doing every step of the way. The end result exceeded my expectations as the driveway is exactly what we discussed with no surprises. They came out to evaluate the job and made minor modifications, at no extra charge, to compensate for some challenges a close by water drain was imposing on the initial design.
