Let me start by saying I "had" high hopes for this company. Now... I will say BEWARE!!!!! I saw…read morethey had mostly good ratings, so.... 6 months ago I reserved a 28' dual lane waterslide for my daughters 21st birthday party. Fast forward to this past weekend... I spoke with them a few days before the intended delivery, I was told everything was still a go, and they would reach out the day before to confirm again. They did, buuut that is where the truth ended!!! They texted at 7:30 am and was told they were just letting me know they were on their way. Then at 8:30 received a call to tell me they were "sorry" but the waterslide was rendered "unusable" by the last person who used it. I said "AND?" As in, what are you going to do to fix this? I was told "It's not our fault". Not sure how this can be the case. seeing as how "they" are the ones who set up and take down the slide... annnd they are the ones who SHOULD have checked it PRIOR to the MORNING OF DELIVERY, especially for someone who reserved the slide 6 months ago to prevent being without!! She proceeded to tell me that there was no way to know this... are you kidding me??? Soooooo, there was NO way to "Check" the slide, prior to the day of??? Is this what you're trying to tell me? So, who's fault is it then I wonder lol? I said well what can you do to fix this? Of course any comparable slide was unavailable now and all they could offer was a samll kids slide or obstacle course. I reminded her this was for an adult party, and she said "oh, yeah...those won't work!". She kept insisting that it wasn't their fault though, because they had no way to know. They proceeded to tell me that they could attempt to dry it out and bring it after (if they had success)... Seeing as how I had no options now & they were SUPPOSED to have it set up by noon... I had no choice but to wait. My son in law called a couple hours later and was told they ((were)) able to get it working, had 3 more stops and were on their way! I called back at 11:30... and was told they were enroute. By 12:30, still NO word & NO SHOW from this company!!! ALL calls were now being sent to voicemail. I left a couple vm's asking for an update... NO return call! Over the next hour and a half 4 people tried calling back the 3 numbers we had, as well as messaging them on Facebook... all to NO AVAIL!! They refused to return any calls, texts etc... Everyone was dying of heat, waiting on this slide to arrive!!! I was so upset!! All this advance planning, only to be left in the lurch! I continued to call, etc until after 2pm... and still never heard ONE WORD back from this company, nor did anyone else who called and tried to reach them!!! I don't know about you... but this was a milestone birthday for my daughter that I put LOTS of planning in, ALL for the purpose of avoiding this kind of thing!!! I don't know how they can stay in business with this kind of UNPROFESSIONALISM!!! Not only will I never use them again, but I will be certain to tell ANY and EVERYONE about their bad business practices. Thank you for NOTHING IJUMP!! I wish it was possible to leave less than 1 star, because they don't even deserve that, lying to customers and leading them on, you should be ashamed of yourself!!

Last year, I rented an inflatable, which I paid for and received a confirmation email. It was around the holidays, and the inflatable never showed up. I had called multiple times during that morning, during the day, and the days following with no response until three days later. It took about a month to receive my refund in the mail, and was disappointed to see that they had deducted a paypal fee. When I messaged regarding my concerns, I was told it was an administrative error and that they would send me a check. I never received that check to date, but I just let it go. This week I decided to give this company a second chance. I never left a bad review last time, since I felt that we are all entitled to a mistake or a bad day. I specifically mentioned my concerns to them that I do not want that situation to happen again and felt reasonably assured that it wouldn't and went ahead and gave this company a second chance. I again had paid in full, received a confirmation email and a confirmation text message stating it would be delivered Sunday am. I tried calling early in the morning, and sending messages only to receive no answer or reply. The time of the party has now passed, and I am truly disappointed in this company and in myself for trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt. I did receive a phone call after the party ended stating that they "misplaced" my paperwork, and they could still drop it off if I wanted to and keep it until tomorrow. Again, if you like being disappointed, you should rent from this company.
