called ahead and informed a lady of what kind of flowers I wanted. She was very helpful and nice…read moreand polite. She told me I could come in the store or order something over the phone. I told her I was coming in. I came in the store and immediately did not feel welcomed nor was I greeted immediately. Apparently not the woman I spoke on the phone with. I told this woman what I wanted and she said come back in an hour. Had I known that I would've never came to the shop. I was told over the phone that they would work with me and help me create a beautiful bouquet. After asking for the woman I spoke with who was busy. The lady frustratingly asked "do you wanna just add flowers to this vase of flowers?" Which tells me she was trying to rush me out of there. I did not appreciate the gesture. They were not accommodating and was not the most polite experience I had entering a flower shop.

She was incredibly kind and understanding of the challenges of us being out of state and respected our budget. She was flexible as we made a few adjustments along the way. Truly my jaw dropped at how beautifully she had executed my vision. The bridesmaids loved their bouquets, the boutonnieres turned out lovely, and I was obsessed with the ground/aisle floral arrangements and baby's breath piece for the head table. In not big into annuals, but I can blow a whole paycheck on blueberry bushes, tall grasses and anything purple that might come back year after year. I picked up two indoor plants and ceramic rainbow pots-they come in all shapes, sizes and colors. I'll definitely return! The checker said this is a third-generation shop! That's awesome. It's really beautiful and well-stocked, organized, so clean, excellent lighting. Well done to all at Kleins! The prices were decent compared to the quality of the plants they have. You wonder about but there are attendants around if you have questions. We really liked the 3 checkout lanes they had so no long, long lines. Glad we found this place! Got some nice healthy plants!
