I ordered a Teleflora's Sophisticated Whimsy Bouquet for my mother that had a house fire to cheer her up. I recieved a call not long after my order went through wanting me to pay $10 more than the posted price for the bouquet posted. Because the vase was $10 more than expected with there flower prices. My mother recieved the flowers and sent me a picture. Sadly, she didn't get what I ordered. Then the manager changed the price for the arrangement on their website to add the $10 increase. When I called the manager tried to say I got what I paid for. I didn't get anything close to what was expected. I wish I could add pictures so you could see how much they ripped me off. I will Never use this business again. If you have an arrangement advertised at a price that is what you should send out, not a cheap version. read more

We have gotten flowers here several times now and have been very happy with the quality and selection of the flowers available. The staff is very friendly and they can put together an amazing bouquet of flowers. I recently purchased a dozen roses for my wife's birthday and they did such a beautiful job, my wife thought I broke the bank for her but it cost me less than $30. Overall, very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and excellent selection and arrangement. My go to flower shop in the Stateline area. read more

Just received an arrangement to be delivered to someone in my facility, and to my SURPRISE it was actually BEAUTIFUL and LUSH. (But... I can only imagine how much they charged???? lol) I gave this company a terrible review before because.... well they were terrible and the delivery person was rude and the people working at the florist could not get the orders right (for the year that I have been working in my facility,) not knowing the correct name and so forth. I must say they did a 360' and this arrangement was one of the prettiest I have ever seen. If I could upload a pic I would. Good job ladies!!!! Disappointed. I ordered flowers for my husband's grandmother's funeral. We live on the other side of the country and I was too pregnant to fly home with him to attend the service, but I wanted to send something to let the family know I was thinking of them. What I ordered and what showed up were completely different. Not even half of the flowers that were pictured online showed up in the delivery. I paid for the "deluxe" version of one of their arrangements, and there wasn't even a "standard" amount of flowers in the vase. The company has been around a long time, so I am sure they have a good reputation, but unfortunately this time they missed the mark. read more

Always like to order locally. This skimpy bouquet had a few stalks of phlox and few stargazer lilies. Should not have trusted them with this order and I won't make the same mistake twice. read more
