Really disappointed. I ordered anniversary flowers on behalf of my dad for my mom. The order was placed online and I received a confirmation email. They did not receive flowers on their anniversary and I had no contact from the store. I followed up by phone with no answer and no voicemail set up. I called again and answered with a response that it's lucky they answered because they're busy prepping for a wedding. Once they looked up the order I was told it wasn't fulfilled because they needed more money? They were agreeable to deliver same day and put something together. I was told it won't look exactly like the picture. At this point, the sentiment was lost. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the order. I understand big orders like weddings bring in more money, but this incident is ridiculous. Me and my new husband just got married a week ago and we went through treasure hut for all our flowers for our wedding. Kevin, the owner, was so amazing to work with. He is super understanding and so so helpful with explaining everything to us on how it will look and what he thinks will look best with our venue. After we decided on what flowers we wanted and how we wanted them set up, Kevin told us he will make it look beautiful and stunning! The days before the wedding Kevin and his crew started setting up some flowers and already me and my husband were amazed by how beautiful it was turning out. The day of the wedding when me and my husband finally arrived at the venue, the only words we had were wow, this is beautiful! Kevin and his crew at Treasure Hut Flowers made our wedding day perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything better and the customer service was amazing and everyone was so friendly!! After the wedding was over, Kevin told me and my husband that he saved all the flowers and we could have whatever we wanted since we didn't get a chance to take the flowers before they were all taken down. Not impressed at all with this company. I ordered on a Friday, quickly realized I entered the wrong house number. I reached back out Saturday morning to correct the house number and apologize. They promised to deliver them that day, Saturday. Well it's been a couple of weeks and still the flowers haven't been delivered. Stacy was awesome to work with while planning my wedding. I was not local and she was very flexible on meeting me. She knew the venue well in addition to my wedding coordinator which made things simple for me! I went through Treasure Hut for the flowers for my wedding this past August and I was seriously blown away with how absolutely gorgeous ALL of the flowers turned out. I only gave Stacy a general idea of what I wanted for the day of my wedding, and she brought it to life more then I ever could have imagined. The customer service was wonderful and Stacy always made herself available, even giving me her cell phone number the month before the wedding if I had any last minute questions. We just used Stacy as our florist this past weekend 6/11/16 in Lake Geneva, WI. Please see her photos posted on her Facebook website. She did a phenomenal job! I searched for pictures of centerpieces and bouquets I liked and gave them to Stacy so she could have my same vision and she did! So many compliments from guests. Stacy set up the ceremony room then after, moved items into the reception hall so that both areas could be beautiful without doubling up on flowers. She had all the supplies needed. Huppa, pedestals for aisles, lighted ficus trees, vases for whatever centerpieces you wanted. Everything was beyond beautiful. I highly recommend Treasure Hut Flowers. read more

I have used Treasure Hut on many occasions over the years. I have always been impressed by their beautiful work. They always go above and beyond, weather it was for a Birthday bouquet in delavan or my family in Texas, corsages for the daddy daughter dance, or a flower crown for my newborns photo shoot they always amaze me with their beautiful high quality work. I love how the designers pay extreme attention to detail. I recently used Treasure Hut for funeral flowers for my brothers service. The flowers were absolutely amazing. Our family was extremely pleased with all the beautiful and unique pieces. There were other arrangements from various other florists in the area but the arrangements from Treasure Hut stood out. After taking them home they also lasted much longer. My brother was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and we asked Treasure Hut if it was possible to create a football out of flowers and let me just say "WOW, they actually did it"!! We needed flowers for my father's memorial service. We were not exactly sure of what to get, and so we left it up to the staff to create something for us. Our trust was not misplaced as they created the perfect arrangement! It was delivered to the church in plenty of time and we also appreciated the friendly sympathetic staff for their expert guidance. The shop itself is beautiful and has many lovely gifts for sale, so you can do more than just get flowers there. SCAM ARTISTS STAY AWAY!!! I am so glad I never signed with this company for my wedding florals. I requested a quote which included a piece to hang from the chandelier. I expected this to be fairly expensive due to the size and mechanics. However, the quote had just this piece at $800. I asked why so much since my picture example included a photo of wisteria and garden roses. They responded saying their went off their own picture which included $500 orchids imported from Thailand. I never asked for this, nor was this disclosed to me. Luckily I questioned it before signing a contract or paying a deposit or I would be stuck with this scam-run terrible business. When I complained to them, they said it was my fault I provided a picture with orchids. When I called them out on this and showed them the email that THEY wrote saying orchids were from THEIR picture they said "I wish you all the best". I wish me all the best too and they are not it. I urge every bride ever to never ever use these people. They will scam you and cause you more stress than you already have. read more
