My purpose in paying outside my medical plan is to get to the root cause and corrective action plan instead of taking pain killers. That is exactly what I got. Looked really annoyed because he didn't like the answers I put on the questionnaire. Explained to him where my pain was and my answers weren't good enough so he would repeat the question with a more annoyed look.
