The gym is very well equipped, always clean, and has everything you need for serious and focused training. Mark creates a relaxed but professional atmosphere, and he's easy to work with, always adjusting the sessions to fit where you are and what you need to work on. Since starting with him, I've seen solid gains in strength and technique, and I feel much more confident with every workout. If you want a personal trainer who's knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping you improve, Mark is the guy to see.

I arrived and they asked if I had grippy socks and asked that I purchase them for safety reasons. They had plenty to choose from. The class size was very small (only 2 of us) so we got a ton of hands on attention and Grecia really made sure we were focused on the correct muscles for each exercise. The class was about 50 minutes long. I definitely would take a class from here again and would recommend to others!

The massage chairs now allow you to scan your pass in order to start up for one ten minute session per day instead of you having to bother the front desk person to start it up. In addition, they now have a red light therapy room that runs in ten minute sessions as well. You better believe I'll be taking advantage of the massage and RLT post shift. Zumba classes still available when I decide to drop by again (you're too popular Alberto!) and no issues with the workout equipment. I also appreciate that they have a variety of channels playing so you can station yourself accordingly based on your preference.

The gym culture here is incredibly inconsiderate. Members regularly leave weights scattered everywhere without re-racking them, making it frustrating and unsafe for others trying to work out. There's a noticeable sense of entitlement--people act like basic gym etiquette just doesn't apply to them. What really pushed things over the edge for me was the cleanliness, especially in the restrooms. On more than one occasion, I've walked into stalls that were absolutely disgusting--unflushed toilets and, unbelievably, feces left on the toilet seat. That's beyond unacceptable for any facility, let alone one people pay to use. Management is also a major issue. The manager, Joe, doesn't seem to take complaints seriously. Calls go unanswered, and there's little to no follow-up when issues are reported. It feels like concerns are ignored rather than addressed. Overall, this gym has potential, but until management enforces basic standards for cleanliness and member behavior, I wouldn't recommend it.

I love the group workouts at TVT. Melissa mixes up the workouts. Last week, I realized that the whole set was brand new - every day there's a new variant of an exercise. There are variants to each exercise based on your fitness level as well. Melissa is also very lively, present and funny and makes the class enjoyable. I've also taken a few individual training sessions from Melissa and learned a lot from that. My fitness has improved significantly and that has allowed me to enjoy biking, hiking and other activities quite immensely. Dan is amazing. He's the uber fitness geek. I've attended the "lean online" sessions run by Dan and learned tools to manage my diet towards a healthy and balanced diet. Dan pointed out the deficiencies in my vegetarian diet and I started losing weight regularly once diet was changed. TVT has been a great addition to my life. I eagerly look forward to the 4-5 sessions I have each week. For the first time in my life, I look forward to exercising. That's quite a change. I highly recommend TVT for folks of all levels of fitness. TVT will change your life!

I had such great success with the program that I wanted to return and continue to build on the initial success I had achieved. I wasn't sure how an online program would compare to the in-person experience I had the first time. I was worried that wouldn't get the same amount of individualized attention. However, my personal coaches, Tom and Nicole, quickly put my fears to rest. My first day I had an in-depth conversation with my new Coaches. I was given my initial individualized meal plans, access to the Facebook groups, and other amazing online tools I would be utilizing during the program. The personal guidance provided by Tom and Nicole really helped me through my struggles with accountability and motivation! The check-ins keep me motivated to keep going and Stay On Track. And the special Facebook groups gives me access to other Lifelighters going through the program for peer support. The online program has allowed me to workout and maintain my diet on my schedule and on my terms. This means that I have been able to fit in online workouts when I Never would have made it to the gym, making working out Easier! The meal plans have been incredibly easy to follow and very realistic and user-friendly. Hunger isn't a problem. Little by little I have begun replacing small bad habits with healthier, more productive habits. As time goes by it becomes easier to maintain these healthy and productive changes. With the help and guidance of my amazing coaches I have lost pounds, body fat, some bad habits and plenty of negative thought patterns. I've gained a more positive self image, a healthier life style and a stronger mind and body - all while having some fun being a part of the Lifelight Fitness Family. This isn't going to be some short-term success either. The Lifelight Fitness program has made my Lifestyle a healthier one. I will benefit from my healthier lifestyle long after the program is over. The slide attendants would ask if anyone wanted to ride the light blue slide. My kids and I had been waiting in line, and after no one responded for several minutes, another family walked up. The dad said he wanted to ride the light blue slide, so the staff let him through. However, his child went to the dark blue slide instead--the one my child had already said they wanted to ride. We were next in line, the staff saw what happened, and they still allowed it. It felt like my family was skipped. This wasn't an isolated incident either. While we were there, I saw similar situations happen to other families, where people who hadn't been waiting in line ended up getting on the slides ahead of others. It made the line system feel unfair and poorly managed. The rules also weren't enforced consistently. One staff member told me I couldn't wear my goggles on the slide, even though I'd worn them there before without any issues and other staff members never said anything. It was confusing because different staff members seemed to enforce different rules. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unfair. Better line management and consistent enforcement of the rules would make a big difference.

What ever she is being paid is not enough......great employees are hard to come by and even harder to retain......so I strongly suggest that she be given a raise immediately!!! Here, there are free parking spaces along street as well as a small parking lot down the road. At the trailhead, you reach the Courdet Trail and can hike up about 2-miles (1,000 ft elevation gain). It sounds strenuous but it actually isn't too bad as the incline levels out in numerous places and there is plenty of shade all along the trail. From the top of the trail, you can head back down the way you came, or connect with a handful of other trails at the top and keep going! I went on a Sunday morning around 7:30 and it wasn't too difficult finding parking. The trail also wasn't too crowded, but by the time I finished around 9:30 the crowds were picking up. Dog friendly and clean!
