A "still" of the 3D video image they did before they started building my patio.

We had Seasonal Landscaping Solutions install our Unilock paver patio and since it turned out so well we had a front walkway installed later. Both are holding up well and they were super about taking care of any small issues. They do this great 3D video rendering of what it will look like before they ever start and I am providing some stills of what those look like

Decks by Vincent - Deck with caps

I rarely leave reviews, but after spending months dealing with this company, I feel obligated to…read morewarn others. I hired this contractor, paid a $2,000 deposit, and the project never moved forward. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I was left with no meaningful communication and no refund. I ultimately had to file a small claims lawsuit. The court entered judgment in my favor, confirming that I was owed money. Unfortunately, collecting on that judgment has been an entirely separate battle that has required additional court appearances and significant time and expense. It has led to a dead end for me because of his assets (or lack thereof). The financial loss is frustrating, but what stands out most is the complete lack of accountability throughout this process. Please consider not hiring Vincent. You may save yourself months of stress, thousands of dollars, and the regret of having to learn this lesson the hard way.

Avoid This Contractor…read more I had a very poor experience with Vincent, who operates under multiple business names including Deck Repair and Fence General Contracting, Decks by Vincent, and Edwards Construction. A small front porch rebuild took nearly 3 months to complete. There were multiple no-call/no-show days, long gaps with no work being done, and very poor communication throughout the project. Costs also appeared significantly inflated for both labor and materials compared to what would normally be expected for a project this size. Another major issue is that the contractor never registered the project with the city, repeatedly claiming there were "issues with the process," which raises concerns about whether he even had insurance After experiencing these problems, I found numerous negative reviews online and a very poor BBB rating, along with complaints across HomeAdvisor and Yelp. Overall: unreliable, overpriced, and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Review update: If you look at all the reviews Vincent has replied to over all of the sites he's on, he attacks the client as being difficult rather than taking any responsibility for the final product or taking ownership of his actions on a project. He doesn't offer to make things right (when he does it's not sincere) or take much pride in his work (which he doesn't do himself) because he's already moved onto the next client. You are not valued as a client by this contractor. I would not hire again or recommend him to anyone.

I had an awful experience with IBI. The entire project was mismanaged (3 different project managers…read morein a 6 month period) with poor communication, poor workmanship, and an owner (Tony) who would rather battle his clients than right any wrongdoing by his company. We had them do three different areas of tilework; kitchen backsplash, powder room floor, and a 225 sq ft sunroom. All three areas had to be redone as the workmanship was such a poor quality. I had to hire a separate company to fix the powder room floor after IBI botched the job twice (see white mosaic tile picture). The kitchen backsplash tile spacing was extremely uneven (the installer used torn pieces of construction paper for spacers) and had to be ripped out and reinstalled. The tile spacing in the sun room (10" dark gray hexagon tiles) was off by as much as .5" in places and tiles had to be removed and reinstalled. The grout color was mixed incorrectly and way lighter than it was supposed to be. On top of all that, the charged us more than double industry standard for the work. We eventually had to take them to arbitration to receive credits that were owed. Almost all of the work was subcontracted. The only work that IBI actually did was install new cabinets. The kitchen was gutted and their "designer" created a layout that could not fit a standard sized refrigerator. They did not realize this until everything was done and the fridge didn't fit in the space allotted. We were left with a damaged fridge (dented by IBI in the moving process - another matter that was settled in arbitration) that was sticking out 3 feet into our kitchen for months while we battled to get the issue corrected. They eventually had to rip out the cabinets and modify the design so that we could have a standard sized fridge. Save yourself a major headache and avoid Incredible Builders. Hire someone else who can do the job right the first time. Also, be cautious of the positive reviews that are sure to follow this one. Tony has been known to hassle customers who had an ok experience and pressure them to write positive reviews to save face for the company. Our project included our western cedar fence and our 20 years old Australian wood table and benches. Dave took the time to research and find the original treatment product recommended for the table and benches! When we witnessed his service team flipping the benches and meticulously sanding and treating the bottoms my wife expressed her complete admiration, "Even I never did the bottoms!" Cleanup was spotless! All 5 stars earned! Thank you! Gerald G.

I scheduled the work around last November, as I wanted my deck to be refinished and looking good for the full 2025 season. The first days with decent weather in late April the deck was washed, and by early May the deck was finished. A crew of 2 worked a full day power washing and bleaching the deck and 2 sections of yard fencing. Every part of the deck was thoroughly cleaned, including areas not normally visible, and all areas of the deck that were surrounded by bushes. Within about a week, as soon as we had a few sunny days and warmer weather, a crew of three worked a full day sanding and staining the deck and fence. The deck floor was power sanded, and all other surfaces were hand sanded, before all sawdust was carefully blown away and stain was applied. Deck Doc did an outstanding job, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Communications regarding scheduling were excellent, work was done competently and on the days and at the times promised. The area around the deck was left completely clean when work was completed. Thank you for making my deck look like new.
