The service is friendly and knowledgeable, and turn-around for chainsaw sharpening is faster than most other places. She also helped me chose brushes and other supplies, and her recommendations worked out very well for us. I also used their Curbside Pick Up service recently. The website gave me a lot of trouble, so I called the store directly and placed my order. Again, they were very helpful and my order was completed quickly. The only drawback is that their prices are high, but I have to take into consideration that this store is in a rather remote area and it saves me a drive to Midland or Mt. Pleasant.
