Truly - the men that all work up front at this location are daft. They are like some middle aged fraternity that happened to all land a job at the same place. No responsiveness, no interest in helping. No call backs. No idea where things are or pricing. Samples? They have no idea who took them or when they are coming back. Nothing. They all just seem to be having a blast chatting to eachother every time I go in and could care less about customer service. Located conveniently on route seven near most of the shopping in New Milford. They are a little pricier than Home Depot, but they have a much larger selection. Most of the employees actually know what they are doing. I go here for specialty items that Home Depot has no clue what I'm talking about. read more

I cannot thank Elizabeth in customer service enough! I had had an issue with blinds. Once she became aware of the issue, she cheerfully and professionally launched into action to rectify the problem. More than that, she diligently updated me often so I knew exactly what was going on with replacement and the timing. In fact, even when she was heading out of town for vacation, she called me while en route to update me! That is going above and beyond. This service by Elizabeth was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. The staff in this place is never friendly; no one can be bothered to help you find anything. Even when not helping someone else, the staff will look you in the eye and walk away from the counter as you approach. It's a very small store--you can find what you need (and more choices) somewhere else. I don't love big box stores and try to support local businesses, but I'm thankful there's a Home Depot right down the street where you can find what you need AND they're willing to help you. read more

Not impressed. Period. First, our order of $35,000 of Windows was done repeatedly incorrect and we could never get a call back or response. We ordered eventually from Windowrama. Secondly, today, a special corner bead that is carried at other Ring Ends' (but I understand may not here), but they couldn't order it, and two of them said No, No can't do it, without even checking the part details. The counter people are those negative "No" people at your school or work, Debbie Downers. No need to return. read more

Can't say enough good things about this store. Forget the hopeless "help" wandering the aisles at the big box stores. Over the years I've found the service (they return calls!), quality of products and hands on knowledge more than repays any small price difference with the Home Depot down the road. If I'm going to do a project I want to do it right first time. Staff like Carey in the paint department or the guys in the lumber yard always steer me in the right direction. read more

Went there to buy Benjamin Moore paint. When you buy $75 a gallon paint, you would think the service would be pretty good. Not the case, I guess if you are not a contractor, you are just an annoyance. At least that's how it felt. Waited 20 mins for while 2 guys at the counter were helping one person. Then the "what do you want" attitude, Maybe they just don't like working Saturdays. They would not take a coupon from my phone,, hello it's 2017.
