I was hoping for a great experience! After waiting on line with only 3 employees working on 42 degrees sunny day in January I knew I was in trouble! I decide to get the platinum service for 32$. It included everything from wash, to interior, armor all, and vent freshener. The only thing I got was a wash , vacuum and window cleaner that left streaks all over my windows! Nothing on the inside was even wiped down, no clean smell, nothing! Definitely go down the road to mobile in wanaque for 20$ and get the right service. So disappointed read more

If you don't have at least 20 minutes to wait forget about it. Even if there is no line. Very slow and very old equipment. It looks like they haven't put a nickel back into this place since it opened. read more

Terrible. I went last week to this place and they did a decent job. I went today and was left with visible dirt all over my car. I mentioned it to the attendant and he seemed less than interested. I had to basically go home and clean the car myself. Do not go here. They do not do a good, or even decent, job. read more

After hearing about new ownership I decided to give this place a try. For a Saturday they seemed a bit understaffed and not well prepared. While they did do a nice job ... time is money for both the business and your customers. Took almost 40 minutes start to finish for them to complete my vehicle. I will give them another try down the line to see if they work out the staffing and timing kinks. read more

Be very careful owner has numerous legal issues. Many people have problems getting permanent plates if you dare to purchase a car here.

They close at 5 so if you work, you will be waiting on a Saturday for 45 minutes to get your car washed.

Damaged my windscreen - I would not take my car back here as clearly something heavy was dropped on my windscreen. I'm so disappointed and did not expect this to happen whilst left with them. Will not be returning and would never recommend them. read more

I tried. I really did. I wanted to like this place. I wanted to support a local business. But it took me over 30 minutes waiting for a 5 minute car wash today. There were only 5 cars in line in front of me. Two other times I waited for about ten minutes and moved up one or two places in line and then I left. There has to be a better way to get customers through the line faster. I wish they would work on this. I really would like to have a local area car wash to use. The car was nice and clean and they really did a good job, BUT the the wait was agonizingly long. I may try it again if there are no cars in line. read more

The place is a dump. The place has worn out equipment. But honestly I prefer going here over any other place to get my oil changed and car washed. I've gone to ritzy Washes that charge enormous amounts of money that shoot you rapidly through the wash in 1 minute flat and your car is still dirty. But the place was nice. I've been to 10 minute oil change places where they pressure you to buy all sorts of stuff you don't need. At this place these 2 guys take their time and do it right. And don't try to sell you crap you don't need. I've been going to this wash for a few years now. Been through at least as many owners in the same amount of time. I love the 2 guys that work here. Been the same 2 guys throughout all the different owners. I don't go anywhere else. read more

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I went there this morning and was completely underwhelmed with regard to the way they do business. I drive a brand new car and specifically said please don't use any shiny stuff/interior dressing on my interior when I got out of the vehicle. The very nice person who greeted me said ok. The vehicle came out of the car wash and the person drying it finished the outside and then immediately started applying shiny stuff/interdressing to the interior. I ran around to the passenger side only to find the entire passenger front door already had this stuff all over the it. This is a brand new vehicle with full leather interior. I yelled over to him to stop and he told me he didn't know not to apply it and then told me I didn't tell anyone not to apply it. This was bad enough, but when the person drying off the vehicle behind mine was laughing out loud I stopped and asked him what was so funny and he kept laughing until I asked again in a heated tone. The Manager finally walked over slowly with his cup of coffee and paid little attention finally asking what happened. I explained and he came back with a leather cleaner. While he was gone, the worker had proceeded to clean the interior off with Windex. I can't believe that anyone in this business would do this. The Manager came back and apologized then went ahead and wiped down the bad areas with the leather cleaner. When the vehicle was done, I drove away and immediately noticed the interior smelled of old musty water form the car wash. I drive the vehicle for 45 minutes and the smell was still there. I can only hope this smell goes away with time. Bottom line, if you go there to get anything done to your vehicle you really will be unhappy. STAY AWAY...there not so funny now is it Mr Manager Man. read more

A car wash is a car wash is a car wash. What can you really do to make yourself stand out when you are washing cars? With that said, this place have improved since the previous owners. They do a good job and thoroughly clean the car, inside and out. Always offer groupons, which is nice. Agree with the one review that if the cars on front of you are getting full inside and out cleaning, it can take some time. read more
