After all the snow and salt on the roads, my car definitely needed a good wash. I figured while there, I might as well have them do the inside too. A bag had spilled in my center console, leaving crumbs and grossness all over the place. The cost was $44 for exterior and interior cleaning. After going through the car wash, they have workers vacuuming and cleaning the interior. They have benches set up outside for nicer weather or you can wait inside. My car looks great again. this used to be my favorite car wash. Now they leave water spots all over your car!! I paid for the grand slam, exterior and interior, and I was shocked at the job they did. Not in a good way. The outside of my car wash DRIPPING, my dashboard had dust on it, and they broke off a piece of my seatbelt holder (all that needed to be done was to slide it back on) without putting it back! I didn't do that! Very, very upset. I don't plan on coming back. Additionally, one of my doors is still disgusting on the exterior. I don't get it. read more

Have gone to Major League for years never had an issue until recently. Twice now I have had my passenger mirror broken while going through car wash. First time it happened unfortunately realized after I left the property and obviously they denied any wrongdoing. Second time it happened I talked to the owner Steve immediately. He assured me there was no way his machine broke it and there must've already been damage. One of the workers went in and retrieved the piece that was broken off that Steve claimed wasn't in there because he had just walked the line. Steve was also adamant when I told him how much my mirror costed that he wouldn't be buying me a new one. It's now been a week since Steve told me to give him a few days to see what he can do with no response or call back. I even have left messages to no avail. Strangely enough too they just so happened to close for "major renovations" days after the incident occurred. read more

My rating is based on the man who did my oil change and not on the work. After paying by credit card he said to me you can leave a tip by your credit card or cash. Best car wash I've ever been to! They got into every little crevice and I have kids that get crumbs and dirt everywhere. After they were done, the one gentleman noticed I still had sand in my trunk and tried a second attempt at vacuuming it out, but sand is impossible to remove so I told him to not worry about it. They also noticed I had my baby with me and asked if I wanted the scented cleaner and free air freshener before using it, which I think is an awesome detail to consider! read more

I paid for the full exterior and interior and I'm not sure why I bothered paying for the interior. There were still mud spots all over the dashboard, the floor mats, the inside of the door. There was also still a ton of pollen and stuff under the seats and in the back windshield. I pulled up to use the free vacuums and just cleaned the whole interior myself since it was an incredibly half assed job. Very disappointed in this experience. Been going there for years. Great exterior and interior work. Stopped in on 7/14 to find they no longer will be offering interior service. I was told if I wanted to vacuum the car I can do it myself using their equipment. So why did they stop exterior service - I was told they are keeping up with the times as the majority of people don't want to spend the additional money for interior service. That's odd because every time I go the exterior service area was packed. Must be another reason. I think I will now need to find another car wash. read more

These folks do a great job. The staff is friendly. I like that the guys that dry the cars use compressed air to get as much water out so that when drive away your windows and windshield don't get sprayed with water. I think that this is by far the best car wash around. We have a German shepard who sheds a lot. They spend app15-20 minutes on the inside to make sure that it's spotless. Most other places barely wipe things down with even a dry towel. Highly recommended. read more

Then afterwards said no with no other explanation. I have washed all three cars here last year with the old team. My family and I have been exclusively going to this car wash for just over a year because of the fantastic job that they've done on our cars (Inside and out) and the employees are just really genuinely nice guys. The other reviewer who references them as a NASCAR pit crew was spot on... just amazing. But recently the owner changed there policy and now exclude the interior cleaning (vacuum, windows etc), they offer the equipment to do it yourself. For me, this is a deal breaker... if I wanted to do it myself... I'd just do the entire thing in my own driveway. I guess I'll go back to one of the two car washes on Rt.23... good bye Major League... I part with great sorrow. :( read more

I have used this place for over 3 years now. From oil changes, car wash even detailing. I have 3 vehicles and all 3 have been maintained here. Oil changes are a breeze and the service is great. Very friendly staff even the owner jumps in to help. The car wash is very fast but effective. They keep an eye out for detail. The crew that dries ,vacuums and cleans is great and precise. I have had 2 of my cars brought in for complete detail and let me tell you. Both cars looked like new once done. Very satisfied with the service. Was my favorite place to go for the last few years. I work about 40 miles away and usually make it there 30 minutes before they close. However, today due to heavy traffic I was going to arrive a few minutes before they close so I called the shop to ask if they'd wait for me and all I got was "what can I tell you at 6 o'clock the guys punch out" So my final review, their service is decent but won't go the extra mile for a faithful customer. Little did they know that I have a major service coming up due on my vehicle and my business will now be given to a new shop. Terrible customer service. The employee who asks which wash your getting is never in a good mood. Woman at the front desk also very unfriendly. Everyone that works there seems to be unhappy. Paid $25 for the VIP and the "hand buff" was literally just them lazily wiping the car down with a dry towel. I usually get my car wash here but today the machine scratched my brand new car. I called to ask the owner if he could look at my car and he yelled at me and told me my snow brush did it. When ever I went here, they did a phenomenal job! I would recommend them to anyone I talked to, looking for a car wash. They did the outside and inside and took their time to do it right. I didn't have to go home and finish what they started, wipe my windows as other local car washes. Needing my car to be washed, desperately, I went here, the other day. I was disappointed they no longer do interior. They no longer use compression to dry the water either. They have 2 guys waiting to wipe the car down, but they did a crap job! They paid more attention to the car next to me and didn't even wipe the passenger window or back of the car! Once I left and turned the corner, I had to wash my windshield with the washer fluid. Used to love this place but went here this morning and they changed their menu to exterior only. Now you have to do the interior yourself. Not sure why they would do that cause the workers here always do a phenomenal job. I tried cleaning the mats myself and accidentally put them in the machine. Apparently you're supposed to hang onto them. The man started yelling at me. Well, I don't work at a car wash so how would I know? Put a sign up or something. I went to Major League today for the first time, WOW, what a thorough job they did. The price was reasonable too. $16 for a full service wash, both inside and out. I will be going there for all future car washes. The staff is very friendly. I only wish that they offered the Monthly Fee service, but that won't stop me from using them. I went here to get my car washed and this place was awesome. I asked for the exterior and interior to be cleaned. They took out my mats, washed them then dried them. Vacuumed the trunk and the floor inside. Cleaned all the windows thoroughly. Excellent service and the price is perfect. Would go back again and again. read more

I love this car wash. I currently live in Morris County and I only get my SUV washed when I'm able to be in the Pompton Lakes area. They do a great job!
