I called no less than 10 dispensaries in the area looking for a specific edible at the best price as well as looking for the best membership deals. I finally settled on RiNo. The construction on Blake street was HORRIBLE, but there was some street parking across from the front door that everyone was using so it worked out. I walked in (my first-time even walking into a dispensary, mind you) and handed my card and ID to some security guard who lazily and wordlessly waved me over to a glass counter on the right. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and incredibly helpful! She is the one I spoke on the phone with and she guided me on filling out multiple forms and becoming a member while photocopying my ID. The waiting area had complimentary tea, coffee, and a nice clean space with couches. I was directed to the budtender and he was also very polite as he helped me buy my edibles and explained some of the different strains I could buy at a new-member discount. I was t ready to buy just yet so he put a "note" in the system for me to receive the discounted ounce when I return. And I will DEFINITELY return. Had exactly what I wanted on hand, had the best price HANDS DOWN (believe me, I checked) and the service was helpful and pleasant at every turn. No regrets. read more

My wife and I really enjoy our trips to Rino Supply Company. Their budtenders are always knowledgeable and always patient with us. One of my favorites from Rino is 14er T.R.U.T.H. The aroma is heavenly and the high is awesome. Cant beat the price for 14er cannabis. Just scored some Gary Peyton and it didn't disappoint either. This place is a total rip off, I specifically called on Sunday to make sure that Pax Era pods were $25, I said rec and the woman that answered said they were $25 until the 15th. I even tried to call back to make sure but the phone message said the line was not available or busy... When I got the there the next day , I was ushered through three sets of doors into, I kid you not an 8x10 room and was told that they had no Pax ERA pods on the rec side, I told the woman behind of the counter that I traveled about 40 minutes asking various people for directions (my GPS crapped out), about my convo the previous day, and was given the same standard lip service you get from any call that you make for help with anything from computer IT, service repair, etc and you get from third party outsourcing drone that big companies employ to save money " I can understand the way you feel but" only this took place in a dispensary in Denver where there are hundreds of dispensaries to spend your money in... I frequent quite a few dispensaries when I occasionally visit usually taking advantage of deals shown on Weedmaps, I intend to stick with that in the future...I would avoid Rino unless you like getting horned... read more

I have been a customer and member for years. Came in on Sunday and at 11:25am I chose what I wanted to purchase as I am an easy customer who is in and out. I was informed that the member deal on Sundays does not begin until 1130am and the blonde female manager working that day would not honor saving me 20$ Since I was buying 2 yellow tag ozs. I asked if I could wait and she said I could but couldn't guarantee my medicine wouldn't be around because they would not hold it. She was very very rude. I have been a loyal customer and spent thousands of dollars into this establishment. Although I am a member I don't think I will be shopping with Rino Supply any longer. I hope the five minutes was worth a customer. Very disappointed in the customer service I received this past week she should be fired. read more

Legally they can sell until 7pm but they close at 6:50pm but in reality they close at 6:30pm they lie about their hours and close early I got their at 6:40pm and they locked they doors when I walked up and said sorry we are closed but yet they stay open until 6:50pm but they don't care about people at all even if they need their meds fuuucckn chumps and low lifes and I'm a member with them and I go everyday they will hear from the med!!!! They would still not let me shop after me not shipping their for a year because of what happened so I thought I'd update the review so everyone can see how unprofessional they are because I called they said I could shop and then a manager calls me back and says I cant shop because of the review well that's because u guys are very rude and plus ther are so many bad reviews on this place so may as well let it be known stop shopping at this establishment they dont care about anyone what so ever!!!! I've been a member here for about 2 years and have no reason to ever go anywhere else. Their shatter and weed is always amazing quality, and such a great price. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus when you renew your medcard you just pay $20 at the doctor and rino pays for the rest. read more

was looking for some change in my medical marijuana so i stopped in at RiNo Supply Co. First walked in it is in a up coming part of Denver called RiNo art District the building is sea foam green stucco over red brick ( kinda Cool looking ) with intricate graffiti on the side walls. walked in I could already smell the weed before I hit the door. I checked in with a Security guard and took a seat in the lobby next to a very popular little brown dog named Mary Jane. after about 5min I was called back into the Bud Room, the selection was great! Matt helped me pick a few different things out to best remedy my needs. the staff is great very knowledgeable and honest. then I was done shopping i was thanked by the front desk person and security. i enjoyed the Products I picked up I 100% will be going back to RiNo Supply Co. read more

Been a member here for a lil while and I love it. The shatter and wax is great, especially love the citrus sap, or the flo, but I recently got some ghost train haze and that shit is fire. The staff is always super cool with me; from the two guys that greet you when you walk in, to the girl at the desk, and then the bud tenders are awesome.
