The prices are higher than most places, 2.50 for the smallest washer, 4.75 for the medium size and 5.75 for the largest washer. But the worst thing is they only have FOUR (4) folding tables. You literally have to either throw the unfolded clothes in your laundry bag or take the clothes out of the dryer and folding the clothes in one of the rolling carts. Also they advertise Free Wifi but it doesnt work. Im very disappointed and will never use this place again

While waiting was able to watch tv and the next time they had music playing at a reasonable sound (good vibes & love the music ). ATM available onsite and they also take besides cash, credit and debit and tap to pay even EBT cash way to go on the machines and services provided. He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!

Too often, laundromats have broken washers, dirty floors, or unfriendly staff. Not here. There's a wide range of washer and dryer sizes. Setting up a card and loading money onto it was simple and easy. Drying was quick and didn't cost much at all. The best part (very specific to me): it's only a mile bike ride from my apartment, so this will definitely be my new go-to spot. My husband and I want clean clothes Update: they're back open, and it seems their prices have increased only slightly (as it did basically everywhere to cover the major loss of funds), but no complaints there as it wasn't an astronomical difference. Still our go-to laundry place Updated Update (8/9/20): Uh-oh ..it seems their quality has gone down even with the price increase. Our clothes and sheets have been returned with stains that have easily come out with a quick soak by hand on the last couple of batches. What's quite unfortunate is the fresh laundry smell has been long gone even at pick-up. Sadly, COVID and related closures have had quite the impact on many businesses, and this one is no exception.
