It smelled so good and I loved the deep clean - absolutely worth every last cent. I then lost everything I own in a house fire in August. I was able to get a few things back, mostly clothes, which were soaking wet and covered in ash and soot. If you've ever smelled one, you know how distinct the smell of a house fire is, and it's so hard to get the smell out, so it seemed like a nearly impossible task to get the smell out of my car after wet, soot covered clothes were laying on my fabric seats. Got a quick response from Scott although I learned the type of dents meant in-shop work vs. their mobile crew approach which involved a little extra scheduling. That said, Scott is very prompt in his responses and had me send some photos to gauge the scope of the problem. Dropped off at his shop in Greenland, NH and had it back a few hours later and it looked AMAZING. This is a silver Honda HRV - not a high-end vehicle - but it's a lease so we know it has to go back to the dealer not looking like a tree branch fell on it. Appreciate the turn-around, the quality of the work and the fact that the $$ came in within his quote range. Across the board would recommend them.

Mixed results at best. Back of car totally missed first…read moretime. Would not clean the mat saying it couldn't be cleaned (but it most certainly could at home). Seat belts never touched. Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.

Garrison city Automotive was recommended to me, when Dover Honda wouldn't help me…read more I told the mechanic at Garrison city Automotive that I had Fuse blown in my Honda Accord. I was not nimble enough to get up under the dashboard. Mechanic is busy with a customer, but I asked how he could help me. I had my users manual open to the correct page, and told him I needed a fuse replaced. He asked me to give him 5 minutes. He politely asked the customer with whom he was working, if they would mind him taking 5 minutes out. He looked at the diagram and replaced the fuse. "You're all set", he told me. I thanked the other customer, and gave the mechanic a tip for his time, and consideration. Simple appreciated fix!
