I cannot get a hold of anyone. None of the phone numbered listed on your website, Facebook website, google website, and yelp are not available. Still, I didn't have a problem with that. What I had an issue with was when the 5-year lease agreement was up, they failed to make contact with us and let us know. Due to our failure to communicate with Document Technologies they automatically extended our contract for another year without our consent. Legally, they can do this as it is written in the lease agreement. However, This just seemed like a poor way to treat a customer after 5yrs of service and left us feeling displeased. We will not use them again in the future.
