I was concerned about this and Pete spotted it right off the bat. I'd lost my bank card 2 days ago and I'm hours from home. I only had enough to pay for the tires. Pete ordered the new lug nuts and they were delivered in 15 mins, knowing I couldn't pay for them, he paid for them out of his own pocket. He'd rather do that then send someone down the road in an unsafe car. I gave Pete my word I'd be back to pay for the lug nuts the next day and I will. I don't know what I'd have done if it weren't for unique auto being awesome professionals. They treated me like family and that's rare these days. Really touched my heart that someone would help a stranger like that. These guys are absolute professionals and I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for any problems you may have. This mechanic worked on my vehicle for hours trying to figure it out and kept me involved in each step of the process. It was his resilience and determination that was truly amazing. And he did not even charge me for the extra time involved. I was shocked but his answer made me realize just what kind of mechanic Roger was. He said that he just loved cars. They carry an unbelievable amount of commercial trucks tires along with an equally unbelievable amount of heavy equipment tires. Can't say anything about normal car tires, light duty truck tires or ATV tires. I saw small lawn tires, ATV tires and the like being fixed and replaced when waiting. Basically it looks like they do it all when it comes to tires.
