What really intrigued me about the description of this place was that they offered all of what I like in a burger spot: burgers, fries/onion rings and shakes. They have a great menu of burger offerings with different toppings/flavors. I had the Truffle Shuffle and I was not disappointed...really good quality beef and made decadent by the richness of the bun, truffle and swiss cheese. The onion rings were good too. The milkshake was very good - I had the Chocolate Snickers Shake and I was not disappointed...it was rich, thick, creamy and not too sweet. There were some issues with the staff during our visit, but management accommodated us and really provided an experience that we'd come back to. Management did a great job of making us feel like customer service was very important to them. Their menu is great since they have turkey bacon instead of pork bacon, which is difficult to find in most burger spots. I'd definitely recommend this spot...I'm going back on my next trip over the pond!

If that hasn't whetted your appetite then the noisy children who seem to constantly inhabit the place certainly will. Just a truly awful exerience. Dont go there unless your life depends on it!

At 9 pounds some may say slightly overpriced, but gotta say you pay for quality and this was serious quality. I confess that I'm not much of a burger fan but this burger had a soft bouncy brioche bun, the patty was thick and juicy and the bacon on top crispy. We tried a few different cocktails and each one was either totally unique and interesting or one of the best classic cocktails I've ever tasted. The bartenders are super friendly and clearly love their jobs. They have fun chatting to patrons recommending cocktails and just generally monkey-ing around behind the bar. The music, although quite loud, is really good. The DJ played a mix of 80's, pop and general party tunes the night we were there. The bad... The bar seems to be controlled by Gestapo. There are so many rules of what you can and can't do, where they want you to sit and what you can do when you sit there. For instance, you aren't allowed to sit at the outdoor tables with a drink. So why have outdoor tables. And we were not allowed to sit in the back room even though it was almost completely empty and they weren't serving food--not because they were closing the area, but because we weren't ordering food. Just seems a like the place is run like a club by a bunch of fun killers. The patrons are also less than desirable--the number of drunk freaks is unbelievable.

They also do sweet potato fries which as any self respecting burger chomper will know, is an absolute deal maker. I fancied chicken so opted for the chicken burger with guacamole and the sweepo fries. I was excited. And hungry. So very hungry. The delivery time was listed at 25 minutes but I waited barely 20. Result. When I opened the bag, I was surprised by how generous the portion of fries were (half were in the bottom of the bag, but I didn't choose the fry life, the fry life chose me). The burger was wrapped up in a box. The burger itself was delicious and the chicken fillet was particularly generous! The guac was on the measley side - probably a tsp worth which isn't enough for people who worship avocados. People like me. The fries were lush though and I enjoyed them with a little pot of chipotle mayo. I'd definitely order from Tommi's again. I like that the menu is straight forward and they have SO many sauce choices. Added to this the express delivery time and all I can say is: Cheerio, GBK. You've stacked it.

After going to the Marylebone branch a long while ago, I just knew it was gonna be good! GOOD I tell you, it was more than that. Classic case of foodgasm from the moment it arrived.. So deliveroo managed to deliver early, which I thought a takeaway service was impossible to be honest, but they did and damn did they deliver!! I ordered the grilled chicken burger, which was like something from a dream, super flavoursome and despite me not being a fan of mayo, it actually complemented the burger a lot. It was a classic case of a dirty burger, but at this point, I was so far from caring, it was just too damnnnnn good! I complemented my burger with sweet potato fries and well these are exactly how I like my fries, crispy and cooked just enough.. Mmm and the bbq fire dip was an inspired choice! This was literally a dream meal and hands down the best takeaway I've ever had! After this meal, I'm gonna venture out to their branch and experience the in store treatment.
