He did not have enough people to put the 12X19 awning onto the house. Had to call more people so that was a whole day delayed. Job ultimately took 3 or 4 days to complete after hearing one excuse after another. The final job was sub par. The cover over the gutter still allowed leaves to get in and then they clogged the downspout, which only had about a 1 inch hole cut into the gutter leading to the downspout. Rain brought the overflowing gutter! He used a long screw to attach the downspout to the post instead of a wrap. He also put into the contract that all permits would be obtained. I paid for that permit.....he never obtained a permit nor did he have any registration to work in my city. I contacted my city and they will be handling the permit and registration issues. I finally got him back out to correct the downspout, pull the cover off the gutter and attach the downspout to the post with a wrap instead of a long screw. (All of this after the initial Covid19 shutdown). More subpar work. Looks like a 10 year old did it. I will be replacing the downspout on my own. All of these issues took a year to resolve.....which they are not really resolved, so I will cut my losses and fix the downspout myself. My suggestion, bypass this guy. I wish I could post the video of the overflowing gutter during a rainstorm, but it won't work....too large. If I could post zero stars I would, so he gets one star.

I had to continually call ask ask what the progress was. My project lead, seemed to be out of the office quite often so i was never able to get a solid update. Finally, early November, they stated they would get the project completed. well it's dec 13 and no signs, no projection as to when they will be installed and broken promises left and right. I can't recommend them at all. just a terrible company to work with

We have a promotion coming up, so I shot an email to Sign-A-Rama explaining what I needed, and when. (A 4-foot-by-2-foot "check" to be given as a donation to Goodwill on WKYC during a partnered donation drive we sponsor for them.) Sign-A-Rama had a proof emailed to me of the check within a day or two. They emailed me an invoice, and I forgot to respond with how I was going to pay. Because they know this project has a deadline, they called me to remind me about making my payment so they could begin production. I called to pay by phone, and we were finished! The check will be ready for pick up when I am in town next Friday. This is the 3rd year in a row we are using them for this oversized "check" for our partnership donation drive. Working with them is easy, effortless, and they are always so polite. They are a fantastic company. Kudos, Sign-A-Rama.
