I was injured at work in February of 2017. My company sent me to Concentra immediately for…read moreevaluation. The doctors were apprehensive about giving me any pain meds for my injury to my shoulder, of which I completely understand and I was schefuled for physical therapy. Upon starting therapy I complained to Scott, the physical therapist of my pain level and discomfort. He saw to it that I been seen by the Dr. at once. I was then subsequently given a weeks worth of pain meds and muscle relaxers (THANK YOU SCOTT!) I had to wait on an m.r.i. until April and the results came back that surgery was required. Dr. Levy did my surgery at St. Vincents hospital in May. Once I started my rehab with Scott, I was not a model patient however, he was encouraging and always professional. A special thank you to Scotts assistant Rosemary, she always did her job well and took the time to listen to my corny jokes. When I completed physical therapy and returned to Concentra for a physical for my new job in November, Mary was the med tech/nurse/medic that guided me through the 3 hour physical. Mary explained to me each step of the physical and what each test required, this was very helpful to me. She is the perfect person to do these types of physicals in my opinion. She was direct, clear and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I gave her a hug when the physical was over and thanked her. Also, the entire staff at Concentra were very kind and friendly to me. Thank you Porsche and Tracy for putting up with me the entire time.

absolutely the worst establishment i have ever been in. employees are very rude and condesending…read more getting a physical for a job should never be this hard. this place is abusive at best. the staff attitude and unwillingness to service the clients in a human way is absolutely deplorable at best. this place should be shut down due to the service that is supposed they dont even come close to achieving. the really disturbing part is that very reputable companies such as the rta and the city of cleveland use this horrible place to screen their potential new hires. this place is so abusive you end up saying if this is any representation or reflection on how this job will value their employees i would rather continue my search elsewhere and pray i never come in contact with this place or the employees that work there by the grace of god. if a job is trying to send you to this establishment respectfully request another location. just a word of advice if you value your peace or sanity. stay blessed family

I showed up a bit early for my massage because I wanted to set up some Chiropractic appointments. I was able to see the Doc and get a quick assessment. I'll start my care next week. Then there's Don. Who did my 60 minute relaxation massage. Oh. Man! He was spot on. He seriously went straight for my stress spots (shoulders, back and neck) and went to work. We did talk throughout the massage, which I like. I was able to get to know him as a person and he's pretty awesome. Did get a few recipe ideas as well. His room was calming, the temperature was perfect and the music was awesome and didn't suck. I'm really looking forward to returning. Staff was awesome!! Everyone had a smile on their face. I had a chance to work with almost all the therapists. All are equally great. At the end of my scheduled appointments I had my final evaluation and I was sad because I was done with therapy. I was given sheets with my exercises on them to keep going at home. Also I was told if I ever needed to call and ask question I was welcome to do so. Dr. Jeske and his staff are amazing…read more So there I was... off in a distant land on vacation when all of a sudden my lower back and pelvis decided to try and end my vacation. The pain was actually different than the back pain I've experienced previously and I was deeply concerned, especially with the plane rides I needed to endure in order to get home. Once I got home, I called a nearby chiropractor's office that had great reviews, but they were closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fortunately for me, I came across Dr. Jeske's practice and not only were they open, but they could see me later that afternoon. There are no words to explain how appreciative I was to get in the same day and attempt to relieve my pain. After going in and meeting with Dr. Jeske, we devised a plan for me to recover from my injury and began my alignment procedure that day. The alignment was a huge help and I could tell I made the right choice immediately. The plan then involved me returning three days a week until things got better. It is now roughly one month later and I am almost entirely recovered! Right now, I visit him once a week and should be ready for some serious sand volleyball this Summer. The main issue I had is that your time is shared with another person. I needed 100% PT time. Luna Physical Therapy offers individual PT in your house. Many of the exercises are devised from things you have in your home, stairs, chairs, walls, etc. I purchased a chair elliptical machine to help in my progress. Any concerns or questions you have are also addressed immediately. It's been a such a positive experience for me that I told my doctor about Luna. He recommended oral medications, and topical applications to augment the laser treatments to achieve efficacy. He did not perform any liver function screening prior to prescribing Lamisil which is extremely toxic to the liver. I was charged hundreds of dollars for this care plan. I was informed that 15% of patients who underwent this therapy to treat toenail fungus failed to achieve a good result. I was informed to return for follow up in two months. Upon my follow up visit I was made to wait over an hour. The doctor saw other patients who arrived after me. I left the office in frustration. The receptionist/tech apologized. I never received any sort of follow up from Dr. Ripepi. It is now months later and my toenail fungus has not resolved nor improved. Save your money if you are considering this treatment plan. Everyone I have spoken to has also not experienced a good outcome. We can't all be in the 15%.
