Mario the manager could not be nicer ! When we were moving in,he showed us several choices of furnished studio apartments . Being that they are funished and with different floor coverings , it was nice to have a choice . Utilities seem to be about $25 a week for winter, even with us using the electric heat sometimes . One really cool thing about these apartments , is that they have big walk in closets to tuck your stuff away instead of it invading the living space with clutter. The kitchen has a full size Fridge & Stove. Also the fact that there is a curtained and "hideable "alcove for the fullsize bed make for a super-studio! When the pool and whirlpool open up in spring I will add a 5th star!

My family and I were in a time crunch relocating from NorCal for work. The property manager Alejandra made the moving process so convenient and fast for us. Leasing agent Maggie has also been very helpful and friendly, she has made me and my family feel welcomed. Maintenance tickets have been resolved in a timely manner. I'm honestly impressed with how fast our maintenance tickets have been resolved. My apartment is beautiful and so spacious! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe and quiet place to live.

I have to say these…read moreare the worst apartments I've ever lived in not to overexaggerate or anything management did not care if there was a problem it would take more than 5 to 7 business days for them to get back to me if I had a problem Don't even get me started when they would do expections maintenance would just walk in early in the morning there was this one time they said all the food needed to be removed from the cabinets because they were going to spray for roaches I did as they asked when the time came for them to spray they never did I was home all day had to cancel appointments and my plans for them to never come? Don't even get me started on the horrible neighbors I had they would sit on the stairs lean on my door they would all be smoking. I could smell weed inside my apartment they were selling to young kids management did not care . Her name is Marilyn. She's supposed to be the manager very childish and unprofessional and very uneducated about her job. The washrooms had roaches climbing on the washing machines kids would leave their trash everywhere. It was a dirty place. Cable didn't work and when we went to the office to discuss they provided a Cable box. That didn't work either. WI-FI, its an open WI-FI so service is spotty and we had very little of it. So when they advertise WI-FI just know there isn't a password. You may or may not get Cable i guess it depends on spot your in. We were just told a water main broke so we have a little pressure tonight. Water being shut off tomorrow morning and service starting about noon. WHAT ??? now no water!!! When we were given our initial spot they were putting us in a place where there was a fire hydrant in the middle of it, obviously we weren't gonna fit and had to call emergency line to speak to someone to move us. He was great and we were given another spot. But... no cable!!! For the price we paid we won't be back. Its too bad the resort itself seems decent and the people in surrounding spots friendly. Alot of people are here fulltime and they have homes and rental cabins. Not our cup of tea. Should have just gonna to Parker i think. Sorry Arizona Oasis, we've been to much nice for less and full hookups with cable and WI-FI were just that.
