This week i wanted to do business with them, however, the company owner and its cronies labled me as disrespectful and will not do business with me. I appreciated their honesty about their feelings, although i respectfully disagree with their characterization of my person. My advice to current or future customers is that if you will do business with this company, kerp in mind that if you have a difference if opinion with them you will be retaliated against. With me they did it openly, however they could have done it insidiously damaging something with my ac system. As long as you keep acrecord of everything to protect yourself you should be ok.

Found them on Yelp, reached out and was serviced the next day. Jesse fixed some electrical issues I was having and installed a new 18k AC unit for me. The communication was good, responsiveness was good and pricing was fair. They also installed the same unit on my coworkers 5th wheel, and he was equally happy. I would definitely recommend them for any RV related needs. If I wasn't leaving this town in a couple of days I would have them take care of some other issues as well.

So, this review is long overdue. I purchased two complete replacement A/C systems from Garcia's…read moreA/C (three if you count the split-level system at one of the two houses I own). First, I could not have been happier with the prices for the work to be performed. Both father and son perform the installs, and subsequent service if needed. Both are beyond polite and professional. They are extremely respectful, and it is very apparent that the father raised his son right. So, I am a believer that the true test of an honest professional is not when everything goes right...but how they respond on that rare occasion where the equipment provided by their factory suppliers has an inconspicuous manufacturer defect. Unfortunately, that happened to us with our upstairs split-level system. Have to say that it started acting up during the peak of their A/C service and repair season (hottest months of summer), and despite being on the fringe of their service response area (Beaumont)...they were always very responsive, made time for us, gave us options on how they could troubleshoot it (some drastic, some not, with a goal of getting us through the hottest part of the season before having to complete section isolation tests on the system to try to identify the exact location of the problem). When all was said and done, and after convincing their supplier that the equipment was faulty, they essentially replaced the entire A/C system having to eat the entire labor cost for what was determined to be a manufacturer defect. I honestly thought at one point during this process they might just offer to refund us the purchase and installation cost, cut their losses and move on because it was costing them money in time, and labor to try to identify this seemingly impossible problem/defect to locate. It took a bit of time because the problem was extremely difficult to pinpoint, but they never gave up. They stood by their warranty. And despite no doubt being as frustrated as we were, they always remained polite, professional and concerned. I can't say enough positive about them and can't recommend them highly enough. They don't cut corners and are thorough and professional in every aspect of their work. And no one can beat their integrity and commitment to customer service, not to mention their pricing. In my opinion and experience, both father and son are a 10/10. I have them on speed dial for any future A/C needs I might have. They were awesome!

Pablo was referred to us and highly recommended. He definitely lived up to the expectations…read more Pablo came and assessed our situation. He checked the outside unit and climbed into the attic to check the components up there. He communicated to us what he thought was needed and answered all our questions. We agreed on the work that was needed, which included replacing the condenser, and gave a date for when he'd complete the project. Pablo confirmed the day before and showed up as promised. He and his team were very professional and conscientious (e.g., laid down a floor cover for when they came into the house for work in the attic). They completed the project in a day and we finally have nice cold air flowing through the house again!!! We are absolutely happy with the quality and professionalism of Pablo and his team's work. As an aside, we had a previous consultation and quote provided by a Costco vendor and their rep never did any of the pre-work Pablo did. The Costco vendor rep was just interested in getting us financed to buy a whole new HVAC system.
