This week i wanted to do business with them, however, the company owner and its cronies labled me as disrespectful and will not do business with me. I appreciated their honesty about their feelings, although i respectfully disagree with their characterization of my person. My advice to current or future customers is that if you will do business with this company, kerp in mind that if you have a difference if opinion with them you will be retaliated against. With me they did it openly, however they could have done it insidiously damaging something with my ac system. As long as you keep acrecord of everything to protect yourself you should be ok.

Found them on Yelp, reached out and was serviced the next day. Jesse fixed some electrical issues I was having and installed a new 18k AC unit for me. The communication was good, responsiveness was good and pricing was fair. They also installed the same unit on my coworkers 5th wheel, and he was equally happy. I would definitely recommend them for any RV related needs. If I wasn't leaving this town in a couple of days I would have them take care of some other issues as well.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is a long story but yesterday I called an AC guy that had…read moresent a post card in the mail. We have 2 units and the smaller one was blowing warm air. He was a "neighbor" (I live in the colonies) and said he would give me "neighbor prices". Anyway...he "did his best" to fix it and charged me $425 for a $20 part and about an hour of his time. He said he hopes it will work and that's I won't need a new unit but he will check in with us tomorrow morning (today). He left the fuse out of the breaker box. Well my husband went outside because shady AC guy texted me to ask how it was going. My husband saw the fuse was left inside of the box but not plugged in. I knew right then and there that he was scamming us. This was the text he sent me yesterday evening: Hello, thank you so much for your time today. I'm sorry to be the bare fat news. Please don't shoot the messenger, but the unit is definitely 25 years old if not older. Please let me know if I can come back around between 6:30 PM at seven tomorrow evening all the way home. I also did not mention that he mentioned about 10 times that he has financing if I don't have the cash to replace the unit. And that he had changed the units On MANY of my neighbors. (Pro tip: they probably got scammed. It's how he can afford to live in the Colonies too) So I went into yelp and found Mr Garcia. He came over in the early afternoon. He didn't try to sell me anything with "southern hospitality" or even mention that I need a new unit. No pressure at all. He was very honest and explained EVERYTHING to my husband and me and showed me how much refrigerant was in the can before and how much after. Really easy and honest. So now...my upstairs is cooling down and I cannot say enough about how prompt and honest and kind Mr Garcia and his helper were. I will be happy to call him back to maintain my units and happy to tell my neighbors and friends and family about him. Warning: if you get a postcard in the mail from a young blond guy and you're in the 210 corridor area, don't call that guy. He will try to rob you and keep you paying him for his robbery for years. Call Mr Garcia and save yourself tons of money and aggravation and drama. I hope that Mr Garcia's business grows so much because he's an awesome and kind and fair businessman.

Pablo was referred to us and highly recommended. He definitely lived up to the expectations…read more Pablo came and assessed our situation. He checked the outside unit and climbed into the attic to check the components up there. He communicated to us what he thought was needed and answered all our questions. We agreed on the work that was needed, which included replacing the condenser, and gave a date for when he'd complete the project. Pablo confirmed the day before and showed up as promised. He and his team were very professional and conscientious (e.g., laid down a floor cover for when they came into the house for work in the attic). They completed the project in a day and we finally have nice cold air flowing through the house again!!! We are absolutely happy with the quality and professionalism of Pablo and his team's work. As an aside, we had a previous consultation and quote provided by a Costco vendor and their rep never did any of the pre-work Pablo did. The Costco vendor rep was just interested in getting us financed to buy a whole new HVAC system.
