I should have taken my business elsewhere once I was left in a treatment room for over 60 minutes without being seen, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and today I was rewarded for this loyalty by being told to reschedule after I arrived 10 minutes late to an appointment. From the first visit, I was treated by real professionals who obviously care about their client's well-being! Elizabeth, the PA is AMAZING! As are Erin, at the front desk...she's always positive and very helpful and quick too! Tara is also absolutely amazing, she manages to get my blood, despite two arms covered in tattoos and she's always got a smile and a re-assuring word. Cratos has helped me drop 30+ lbs since late July & I feel better than I have in years. They will continue to do televisits with me throughout my upcoming deployment and I will be a client for years to come! Highly recommend! Also of note, I have been to both the Northgate and Southgate locations and always received great, timely service. I tend to go to the Southgate more often just because they are closer to my home.

They used to be more customer friendly with stylists that really cared about doing a good job with reasonable pricing...Now they are too big for their britches. It is such a shame....I continue to look for a new salon.
