He showed me a picture of some highlights, and at the end of the appointment, he said he just did a partial highlight (which is not what I had asked for), I couldn't see the highlights at all because they were too close to my hair color, and my hair looked like a triangle. I was so upset, but I gave it a week to see if I could style it myself. It was horrendous. I called the salon, and the owner said she would refund me or let David fix it. I would not have, but she said she was going to be at the appointment to see what happened, so I went in again. When I went in, the owner was either not there, or never talked to me at all. David fixed the haircut, but when I told him I had wanted the full highlights I booked, he denied that I had booked a full set. I have a confirmation email, so nice try. I would have been happy to pay the difference to get what I wanted, but I was so fed up I just left. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I'm going to have to find another place and pay twice now to get what I asked for. 2 stars for at least fixing the haircut.

At check-in, I was offered a selection of complimentary drinks -- I chose a mimosa, and was escorted to the changing room which contained personalized lockers with combination locks (where I secured my belongings) as well as a robe and flip-flops. Once I changed into my robe, I was directed to a gorgeous waiting room with a beautiful fireplace and my name on the table next to my mimosa. Had I known about this being the waiting space, I would've arrived way earlier to enjoy the beauty and ambience of the space, with my drink. My esthetician, Megan, was cool. Even though I was only there for a facial, she also did a scalp, shoulder, upper back, and arm massage. The massage felt amazing -- firm, precise, and so relaxing.
