Stylist differ!! I've had a few amazing stylist one of which unfortunately is no longer there. And I've had a few either butcher my hair or pick a different color and my hair was definitely uneven and the manager unfortunately did not do much. I've also been a few times and my stylist not even show up for my appointment. I'm from out of state, so it really sucks when you find a few stylists here and they either leave or go other places. I brought my daughter here to get her face waxed for the first time and the cosmetologist did such a great job. My daughter not ever having experienced this type of feeling did good for the most part but was tickled when get the sides of her face done and the cosmetologist was so patient with her. We just recently moved in this area and I was over due for eyebrow threading. I was excited to come across Rishi's beauty salon in my search. Upon my first visit I was immediately and warmly greeted by Hana. I came in as a "walk-in", but lucked out with her being able to take me right away. My eyebrows looked great afterwards! Hana was very gentle and fast! She's also very sweet, I will definitely go back to see her for my next threading. I love how the salon is very clean and bright. I have been coming here for a very long time and have never had a problem, until today. When i walked in I was immediately warm, I was sweating when she was doing my eyebrows because it was so hot. I had to take multiple breaks due to how hot it was. She finally tells me I'm done and my eyebrows are uneven, one is definitely thicker than the other. The best threading spot in San Antonio is now close to my neighborhood, and I couldn't be happier! Wonderful to see Rishi's at a location that is conveniently located off IH-10, near the Dominion. Plenty of parking, and next to lots of shops. As to be expected, I walked in and was greeted right away. The salon is pristinely clean, and the waiting chairs are very comfortable! I was taken care of within a couple minutes. I have multi-colored eyebrows, so sometimes I get nervous about getting them threaded. Latha did a wonderful job, and once I finished you couldn't tell I'd waited longer than the recommended 2-3 weeks to get them done again! If you're looking for a clean, affordable, and guaranteed A+ quality for threading, and facials look no further! I also found out they do blow outs, big plus! Based on reviews, I came here to get my haircut. The cut was not only shorter than the picture I had shown but uneven and choppy. The stylist also burned my scalp 3 times with the blow dryer. The left side of my hair is shorter than the right and unevenly cut as seen in the picture below, I tried to politely explain this but the damage was already done and the stylist disagreed. She offered not to charge for the blow dry and I paid for a haircut that was not what I wanted and left completely embarrassed and upset. I do not recommend this place for a haircut, I did not try the threading but from what I saw that looked good on the ladies I did see. read more

The best threading place finally has a location near me! I had no problem driving to their other locations, but this is wonderful. The new location is in the same shopping center as Dunkin' Donuts. All of the women take their time threading and make sure that you are satisfied before leaving.
