As a local Fair Oaks Ranch resident, I am highly disappointed with the quality of service and lack of professionalism I experienced. 1. My highlights are the wrong color (I just wanted the same color, but received much darker) 2. My highlights are nearly nonexistent on the back of my head 3. While it didn't bother me too much that she cut the back of my hair too short, the back is noticeably uneven at the bottom with visible chunks missing. 4. Overcharged: I had agreed on a price beforehand, however, my hairstylist was sick. I was rescheduled with another stylist. At no point was a price change mentioned. When I brought the price discrepancy to my stylist's, Randi, attention, she simply told me her rates. I contacted the manager, Kriten, who said it wasn't her job to tell me there was a price difference. I left a message on Randi's phone requesting her to honor the original price due to the quality of service and inadequate communication. She never returned my call but did refund the price difference. However, she kept the original tip percentage without reaching out - which I found presumptuous and unprofessional. Upon my arrival, the manager was loudly gossiping with a client in the front office about another client's marriage. I waited 15 minutes before she acknowledged my presence. I would rate this a zero if I could. The stylist Kristen had very inappropriate comments to make towards my underage son. She made our whole experience very uncomfortable. As she is a grown woman, I would expect better behavior. After our visit, she even tried personally reaching out to him in a disgusting manner. I advise to think twice before getting services done here. read more

Kristen is one of the most trustworthy stylists I've had. I basically walk in tell do what you want. I have never walked out of this salon unhappy with my results. She has helped me go from red to blonde then black back to blonde. 2 people from this salon completely ruined my hair. Was to get a simple trim of my all one length hair. My hair now has so many random pieces of much shorter hair throughout! Casey gave me the first botched trim. Kristen, who was correcting Cassey's work, made my hair even worse! My hair is a complete nightmare from these people. I had an appointment to get my prom hair done at 2:00 and had to wait two hours to get service. At first, they put me with this one girl who had no idea what to do at all. Then they say me back down and I had to wait for a long time. Then, the woman told me I couldn't do some of my ideas because my 'hair wasn't good enough'. I see Lara and she is exquisite. I feel at home every time I step foot in this salon. She really listens to what you want, and will do everything she can to help you achieve your styling, cut, or color dreams. It's just wonderful to finally find a place I can go and trust everyone. I have always been more than satisfied with the end results and I have never come out running for the hills; looking for another salon to do damage control. This is the place you go if you've already experienced this at ANOTHER salon, and need Lara or anyone else at Now Salon to fix you up the right way. On Sunday I had the most wonderful visit to Now Salon, I had my roots colored by Kristen and the most amazing facial from Johnnie, she talked to me about the steps we would be taking and making sure I was comfortable the entire time with the dim lighting and soothing music it really puts the entire experience in a 5 star rating!
