After receiving four quotes, we chose them based on a recommendation and initial confidence during our consultation. Unfortunately, our experience quickly became disappointing. We met in February and scheduled a start date of March 11. We were told someone would contact us the week prior to confirm paint colors, but we never received a call and had to follow up ourselves. On day one, the foreman did a walkthrough and said they would start upstairs. Only minimal prep work was completed on two bedrooms before the crew left early, promising to return the next morning. Day two was even more concerning. Only one worker showed up, the foreman was absent, and prep work was still incomplete by midday. We also observed workers frequently leaving to vape. I will say the project manager was responsive and communicative when I reached out, and did try to address concerns. That evening, a serious incident occurred. We were alerted via our Ring camera that there was an issue involving the crew and our neighbors. When I called the foreman, he stated they were disposing of paint by digging a hole and burying it on the property. Given how close our homes are, this understandably upset our neighbors. The situation escalated into a confrontation, resulting in police being called, and the crew was told to leave. When we returned home, prep work was still unfinished, no painting had been completed, and there was trash left behind. A new crew arrived on day three and completed the job in a single day, which highlighted how inefficient the previous crew had been. However, communication remained poor at the management level. I attempted multiple times to reach a supervisor but never received a callback before the weekend. While we were eventually offered compensation, it was not proactively handled. I had to follow up myself to address and correct the compensation, which added to the frustration and made it feel like resolving the issue was not a priority. Due to managing our children and my husband working a 48-hour shift, I couldn't fully inspect everything immediately. After noticing additional incomplete work, I reached out again and received no response. We've hired many service providers over the years and have never experienced anything like this. This project caused unnecessary delays in selling our home and added significant stress. Given the cost and importance of this work, we expected far better professionalism, communication, and accountability.

He obviously wasn't able to come, but he still went above and beyond and researched a very hard to find faucet that I needed as well as looked into finding an alternative service repair company for me. It was so easy and quick to request quotes and schedule a few free in-person estimates. Yelp kept everything organized in a "entire exterior painting" project so I could easily access contact info, see who had responded, compare, etc. I also requested ROC numbers to make sure the companies were legit. Ryley, sales guy, from Valor was quick to respond and offered to schedule an in-person estimate. Ryley emailed over a detailed and clear estimate shortly. The estimate was a good price and comparable to one other I had received but Ryley explained their process throughly and I felt confident about the quality and attention to detail. It took months for my HOA to approve the job (even though they requested it and we were using approved colors *Eye roll*). But the emailed quote was still valid and I was able to easily pay the deposit online and scheudle start date for just a couple weeks later! Carlos and Omar completed our job and did a spectacular job on both the prep and painting. Carlos was an excellent communicator and texted me as needed to ask questions, confirm things, etc. They kept me well informed and worked hard. Also super friendly nice guys. At the end of the job I was able to review the work and call out a few areas I wanted touched up, Carlos was happy to accommodate. Our job included stucco repair work, two doors, and garage door. They did excellent job on all. Highly recommend!

I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

Juan provided excellent service. I have a rental property that needed exterior painting. I scheduled several painters to give me a quote and Juan was the only one to show up on time without rescheduling or cancelling. He provided a quote in the mid-price range. I explained to him that it was a rental property and that I have a budget and that we can not deviate from that budget. Juan understood my needs. He did an excellent job. His workers showed up on time; they provided a clean painting job and did not require me to clean after they left. There were no cigarette buds and they did not smoke on the property. The painting of a two story home, approximately 3000 square feet, was completed in two days without any delays. There was excellent communication due to scheduling between the tenants, Juan, and myself. It's been a long time since I've received such great service which is the reason why I have taken my time to give such a great review. Rising Phoenix did a fantastic job on the exterior of our house. Detailed and professional. They even removed an old satellite dish for me. We feel like we have a brand new house when we drive up to it. The stucco repair was well done and they took the time to ensure that the whole house was washed and any peeling paint was scraped off. Angel Golden (Estimator and Field Supervisor) and his painting crew were excellent. They showed up on time, worked efficiently without wasting time on their phones or goofing around. Too long in some cases, it needed a lot of wood and stucco repair. Hearing how great That 1 Painter was, we gave Bill a call. What can I say. The entire experience was exceptional. During the first walk around, we felt confident in what would be done. And there was a lot to do. His team did an outstanding job. They knew what they were doing and it showed. The tape jobs alone, having to put it up, paint around it, and then cover the new paint to paint the next section (we had three different colors applied) happened so smoothly. It was like watching a dance. Every detail, from start to finish, including cleaning up, was perfect. And speaking of color! Bill sent Julie of JC Color and Design to help pick new colors. I wanted a subtle update. A facial, not a facelift. Colors that would look like they'd always been there, but brand new. Perfection. Absolute perfection. Julie knew exactly what I was seeing in my head, only better. She recommended the 3rd color, a deep brown for the trim and the two sets of patio doors, the latter having been white. What a difference. They're no longer just there, they're eye catchers. Best of all, if it could be any better, which it can, Bill has amazing connections. He knew someone who would stain my front door. He also knew someone who could install (and service!) a new gate opener. It was such a relief to finally get this done! Bottom line, everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with. Responsive, on time, reliable. I look forward to having Bill and his team back to do the inside of the house. These are amazing people!

He was also the first to come by to inspect the building to see what type of prep work would be required. He spent at least 20 minutes answering my extensive list of questions and describing our options for a paint base that would hold up to years of relentless desert heat and sunlight exposure. Not only did he provide a very competitive quote, he fit in our painting project within two weeks of the initial request. Jose, Angel, Gudi, and David provided attentive, quality painting skills and did a phenomenal job prepping the site, sealing/patching wood that showed signs of wear, and accommodating a schedule for our dogs to go outside when it wouldn't disturb their work. They did detailed touch-up work on the last day to ensure each element was completed, and they cleaned up every sign of their presence. We appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to make a last-minute change to a trim choice. The painting crew provided quality work and were very pleasant to deal with, patiently explaining each step along the way. We would most certainly use this company again in future. My husband would have preferred more communication during the process (such as a phone call the day before to confirm, for example), but we are very happy with the results.

I had to get my garage door…read morepainted per my HOA and I had submitted a request for quotes through Yelp and I received a few replies pretty quickly some outrageous and some reasonable. I was about to go with another company until I received a reply from Scott. He was friendly and helpful and he was able to schedule the service the next day. Friendly, fast and affordable. I appreciate all the help and hopefully the new paint on the garage door will appease the HOA. Thanks again!
