Then I read about the Atlas Chiro method and Dr. Alex and it was a game changer! Had several issues with my neck, shoulders, leg and saw him for about six months. Over time my issues started to dissolve with regular Atlas and other Chiro adjustments. He always explained to me reasons why the issues were happening, gave me exercises to help improve my posture and muscle strength at home and suggested videos that would also help. With my own research in hand, during my visits we'd discuss other alternative remedies to help my healing along which he was very open to.
