If an Italian restaurant can't cook a decent lasagne then theres really no hope. Thankfully it was really delicious and a very decent portion. Always reassuring to find a bay leaf buried inside! It tasted very fresh and very home made. Friendly service, nicely paced, myself and my friends really enjoyed having a late, leisurely lunch here. Peroni on draught is a nice touch.

Food was good and the waiters very nice. They serve a sparkling wine and a kitchens greeting for free. Also you get offered a digestive at the end. I recommend the fresh pasta, which was my personal highlight. They made it in a heard form and it was super tasty. The only thing that might annoy someone is the sport club next door, as it plays loud music sometimes. It stops around 8.30 pm and I enjoyed the Latin music to be honest. For me it is still one of the nicest and not as touristic places around here. If you fancy a good dinner go here.

The service was very friendly and attentive - they clearly want to make you feel at home. Home made desserts rounded off a lovely evening. Tiramisu was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place. Gutted we had no cash so could not leave a tip (I promise we did pay the bill via card!)
