After having read a few positive reviews of this place, we decided to go, despite it being Italian, and not in Italy.
The place looked good from the outside, with plenty of seating and a neat atmosphere. We were welcome by a friendly waiter and shown to an available table in the garden. We were offered a high chair for our baby, which was nice. The waitors were a bit pushy and we had to send them away several times before we were ready to order. We had a starter to share, and it was easily big enough for two people. The starter was great, packed with local ingredients and full of flavour. The main courses were of a decent size and also very good. It was like being served good food by authentic Italians in Italy.
The only issue was, that the service was incredibly slow. We had to wait for a long time before we got our starter and even longer for our mains, and the place wasn't even busy at the time.
tl;dr The food was reasonably priced and very good, the staff were friendly but really slow and not very attentive. read more
