My husband and I got married at Rita House last week and it was a wonderful experience. Scott and Tash were incredible hosts and the space was everything we could have hoped for. I've been going through wedding photos and am just blown away by how perfect it all looked. It was everything we wanted. Incredible co-working space with character, soul, and so much creative community. Such a breath of fresh air in comparison to corporate, turnkey spaces like WeWork. Members are all incredibly friendly, and Deena who runs all the programming & operations is just the best! Super communicative and on top of things. The space itself is super comfortable and well curated (a former prop house under Rita Riggs, as well as violin factory, so you'll find touches of that all around). I had a floating membership and could always find places to work, take calls, etc. It's also in a location with several coffee shops and eateries nearby. Moving out of state, otherwise I'd be a member for life! read more

I came to Rita House for a small group event and loved it! The aesthetic is very cozy and warm. It's definitely old style LA but has a comfortable feel to it. Definitely will keep this place in mind for future work gatherings. They had plenty of space and parking was pretty easy on side streets for a few hours. I filmed an interview for a documentary at Rita House and the whole experience was great! The location was beautiful and very cinematic. The architecture, layout, and furnishings were a perfect fit for our documentary. The Rita House team was very easy to work with. We booked last minute and everything still went super smooth. When we arrived, the space was clean and clear. The team at Rita House was extremely helpful with loading in our equipment as well as rearranging their furniture. Once we started rolling they politely disappeared to give us privacy until the end of the day when they came back around to help us clean up. Five stars! read more

had an absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful coworking venue!! my team hosted a Notion community meet up with around ~65 attendees, and the venue fit everyone comfortably. the location had a great ambiance, especially with the unique vintage room decor and lighting (lots of interesting and tasteful furniture). there's a spacious kitchen with many amenities -- stove, oven, microwave. Scott and Deena were so lovely to work with as well -- very accommodating and hospitable. definitely recommend this space for coworking or social/community events. read more

Rita House is amazing! I've worked with this venue for 2 events so far and I love them. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are super friendly and professional. I definitely recommend using this wonderful space. The main room fits about 50 guests seated. My events were held on weeknights and street parking was fairly easy. We love Rita House!!! We hosted a community event in this space and the management were so kind and accommodating for our team. The vibes of the Rita House are incredibly cozy and warm, and the space is incredibly versatile for gathering sizable groups in a way that feels wonderfully intimate. The in-house PA system allowed for a great sounding living room concert, and Rita House even provided extra floor cushions and fold out tables to accommodate the needs of our event. I attended and helped out with a community event here earlier this month and really enjoyed the space. It was versatile enough to accommodate cooking and serving food and tea, small music/singing performances and collective guided meditations, small business vendors, a community altar, and an outdoor photo op area. The event coordinator was really kind and helpful throughout the night as well. The event took place on a Sunday so parking was somewhat easier as there was free unlimited street parking around the block. I am writing on behalf of UN Women USA LA, we were blessed to be able to have our first Chapter Meeting in person since the lock down at Rita House. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the space is so beautiful and intimate. We hosted approx 30 people comfortably in their main room and the event was a hit. Everyone loved the space! The staff helped us set up and allowed us to use the beautiful kitchen to set up snacks. It was truly a magical experience and I couldn't imagine doing it anywhere else. I rarely take the time to review places because I feel like no one reads them, they just look at the stars and move on. But for Rita House, I had to do it in hopes that someone reads this and discovers this truly hidden gem of a place. First and foremost, the space is gorgeous and authentic. You feel as though you're working in a place that has history inside its walls, and that's because you actually are. It was a famous Hollywood costume shop in the 70's and I can tell you first hand that the creative energy hasn't worn off at all. It's always clean, the staff are super helpful and there when you need them, and you can find a new/exciting place to work each and every day. They have great events with a stellar community of artists, they have all the coffee you could ever need, and it's in the heart of West Hollywood. What more could you want? Give them a chance instead WeWork and Spaces, you won't regret it. The only reason I stopped going is because I moved. Otherwise I'd be there! read more
