Beautiful wedding done here by Lalaland events! I never been here before but it's like a garden atrium. So serene and a lot of quiet places here. The bathroom are clean and the greenery is beautiful. The venue manager and team are very nice, knowledgeable of the space and hardworking. What more can you ask for. Parking is right by the venue space so there is no issues and it's not too overcrowded or tight. Thanks Angie for all your help and the tour!

Stop by on my way to the gym with amazing friends and was bragging about this amazing place called the preserve. They asked me if we can check it out and so we did. Ashley was so attentive she answered all the questions walked us through every theme of the preserve and even offered us coffee in that amount of time we even made a few new friends we will definitely be back! I highly recommend you guys come and check out this place and if you're lucky enough to find Ashley at the front, tell her we say hi!

Omar and his team are among the best in this business because they truly care and want your event to be successful. They are a literal dream to work with. They offer a beautiful space that can be transformed into just about anything with state-of-the-art A/V systems and screen projections. They are able to offer many things in-house that you would otherwise have to find with outside vendors. Their kitchen is top-notch and the bartenders know how to make your guests happy. Due to an Uber address mix-up, we ended up at this location by mistake. Upon arriving near closing time, we just asked if we could come in for a drink as we believed this was a bar: After being told it was a private event, I calmly tried to explain our Uber mistake. Instead of handling the situation professionally, a female staff member completely lost her temper. She started screaming at us, talked to us terribly, and physically aggressed us and telling us to go away. Given the unprovoked hostility and the way she treated us, I strongly believe her behavior was racially motivated because we are not from America. She tried to physically attack us. Her actions were so completely out of line and unwarranted that even several guests from the private event came over to apologize to us for her deplorable conduct. No one should ever be subjected to discrimination, verbal abuse, or violence over a simple misunderstanding. I highly advise avoiding this place, customer service, safety, and basic respect are completely nonexistent here. To make matters worse, I didn't even say a word to provoke her, she completely misdirected her anger at us just because of other people standing nearby. Being targeted, screamed at, and pushed when you haven't done or said a single thing is completely unhinged. She literally screamed right in our faces: "Hell no! Get the fuck out of here!"

The Enchanted Manor was the first place we looked at and we both felt that it was the right fit. Georgia has created a little oasis in her back yard that we felt fit our vibe - lowkey, but classy. We had booked originally for approximately 60 guests, however once all the pieces fell into place we were closer to 50. Unfortunately our guest count dropped below 50 just after our window to let Georgia know, but she was kind enough to offer us the price difference. We applied that balance towards renting some heaters and lighting the fire pits as the weather got colder than anticipated, as well as to handling the trash. (Pay attention to the contract, you are responsible for removing trash or there is a fee.) One thing I didn't realize before booking was that there is space for a kitchen, but it needs to be built out for your event, so make sure you consider that into any costs. Georgia was really helpful and responsive to all of our questions (we had so many) and anything that we couldn't do she had very reasonable reasons. (For example, at one point I thought I'd like confetti, but she explained why she doesn't allow that on her property which made total sense!) The weeks before I became worried that there wasn't enough decor, so we bought some items that we ended up returning. Once the rentals arrived, combined with the lighting, everything was beautiful as it was. Though there is excellent lighting, I would recommend watching your step as we did have a few tripping incidents (that were not alcohol fueled in some cases) as the ground changed. It was more due to the way things were spaced and we'd have to make sure to look down as we stepped around things, but we managed to survive. We've started to see some photos and everything looked beautiful; it was a romantic but relaxed vibe which was just what we wanted. I worried it wouldn't feel like a wedding, but it did. Georgia was a gracious host, our guests enjoyed her home (we made sure to tell them that they could rent it as well for an overnight getaway) and we can't wait to start reading her book. She gave us the sweetest compliment after, saying how kind our guests were and how that spoke to who my husband and I were as well. We stayed in touch after the wedding and I hope we meet again in the future for events or just a dinner to hear of her adventures! PS - her cats were big hits all around, too!

From the outside, we didn't see obvious signage indicating that this is the place. The telltale sign was that there were valet service staff outside. Also, the area itself is a little sketchy. But of course, that's out of the venue's control. Edit: I learned after the fact that the venue does not have control over catering so choose your caterers carefully ..ha Considering the price of admission for the gala we attended, the food was disappointingly mediocre. The salad was the highlight for me - it's got that gourmet vibe. The main course of beef and chicken was mediocre and the dessert was a joke. There were 9 people at the table, 6 of them left over 70% of their entrees untouched. That tells you a lot of about their opinion. The bar was crowded but the drinks were decent. The entertainment was much better than the food. The live band was Excellent and the casino was fun. The Majestic provided good service during the event. The lighting was super flattering for all the Instagram moments. lol The ambience inside was amazing and yes you will want to take many photos in your fancy outfits. :D Overall, a good event location.
