I've got my first mortgage with Rita in 2007. I still had bankruptcy in my credit history (it was like 6 years ago from before my first mortgage), but I was already repairing my FICO rating (had no debt and 2 credit cards, which I used, but paid off everything every month).
Rita asked quite a few questions over the phone, got me tentative approval for quite a big amount, and later, when I showed her all my proper income papers, I've received my mortgage with no problems. The rate was significantly higher then ongoing rate at this time because of my previous bankruptcy, but later, when my real estate was saying that my rate is too high and that she (real estate) will give me better mortgage brokers, none of them could match Rita's offer (especially in the mortgage AMOUNT department). read more
