After being fortunate to find a good parking space right across the street because it is far from easy to park on Passyunk Avenue, I walked in to a welcoming store by Pasquale and Anna. I felt comfortable trying on the dress in their shop with my heels and the couple hemmed the dress to the perfect length! And when I went to pick it up, they made sure to give me the fabric that they removed in case I could use it for anything.
