Recently, I went in with my elderly father to have his suit tailored for my wedding and Kim shooed us off and said she was too busy to do the alterations. We were flabbergasted as we have been customers for decades. I understand she may have been busy but the way the message was delivered made us feel less than and was disappointing to hear from someone who we have referred neighbors to and provided business. Because of my experience, I have not been back and will not go back. I would say that if it is a slow season for Ms. Kim, you may have luck but if it's busy I'd suggest looking elsewhere for someone who can do it for less and still make you look and feel good.

I recently went to the dry cleaner to pick up 17 items and they have a lost or 17 items. 11 shirts one suit three sweaters. My son starts a new job when he returns to school from the winter break. I am praying that they will find our closing tomorrow as he leaves for school in two days. The owners seem to laugh at my predicament. I will never use this dry cleaner again. They do not seem to take the items that they dry clean seriously. My son said it was purchased just three months ago at Nordstrom. I also have 2 designers sweaters I left! We are shocked and stunned by what has happened.

I took the shirt back in and pointed out how this was new dirt that was not present when I dropped it off. The owner then proceeded to smudge it all over the collar in her attempt to "blow it off" and handed it back to me without apology. I asked if they could reclean it since they were the ones who caused the soiling, to which the owner replied "fine, but next time don't come back". I offered to save her the hassle and just not come back starting from today, since I'll never take my business there again. I find it to be incredibly rude and poor business to talk to customers this way. Instead of years of future business they've ensured that I'll never go back again, and will recommend others to do the same. If you like good customer service, do yourself a favor and use one of the many other cleaners in the area instead.
