As it turns out, the original amount I was told was correct. However, when I questioned the discrepancy, the employee, Cody, became very rude and defensive. When my keys were returned, I calmly explained to another employee that Cody had been disrespectful and that I was simply trying to understand the charges. At that point, Cody became extremely aggressive. As I was leaving, he came out of his office, raised his middle finger at me, and called me a racial slur. This behavior was completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. Up until this incident, I had a positive experience scheduling my appointment and arranging the service. However, no customer deserves to be treated this way. For someone in a position of ownership, this conduct is alarming and unprofessional.
