The owner of Ridge made an immediate good impression with me when he offered to pay for my car's release from an uncooperative auto shop where the car was being held (Craig's Auto). The shop owner was extremely friendly and dealt with me personally in every step of the process. He developed an estimate for me using after market parts in order to save money. It was entirely my choice as to whether to use after market or OEM parts. The owner provided me with an extremely reasonable estimate and offered me a 10 percent senior discount. I am a 27 year old graduate student. He offered me 10 percent off because he knew I didn't have a lot of money and he wanted to help with the costs. I was even more surprised when I went to meet him and he showed me my car. As a part of their free estimate, they completely dismantled the car in order to provide me with an accurate estimate. The estimate for the repairs was itemized, detailed, and more importantly precise. He charged me exactly what he had estimated for before the repairs began. Moreover, he never once tried to get me to spend more money on parts or repairs I didn't need. The work was done quickly and skillfully and the car looks and runs the same, if not better, than before. Ridge is honestly one of the best auto services I have ever dealt with. It is a relatively small family owed business, but that doesn't take away from the quality of their service. The people are friendly, they perform quality work in a timely manner, the work is guaranteed, and more important than anything else, they are honest. They seem to do their best to keep you informed, answer your questions, and work with you when you are busy or finances are tough. Ridge comes highly recommended.

How ridiculous, petty and sketchy as a business practice. They looked for every opportunity to rip me off. I hope my bad experience convinces at least a few people NOT to do business with this place.

As mentioned, it is touchless, so don't expect to get your vehicle clean. Of course if you opt for the wax, expect that to just protect the dirt that the car wash couldn't get off. All touchless washes are that way.....so not a slam on this wash at all. All in all, if you just need to get some road salt or light grime off...it is still expensive though. Also, the bays that are there as well do not even OFFER the option for anything other than a rinse. No soap, tire cleaner, nothing. That, is $2.75 for 4 minutes.

I went in and shared what I thought was the issue on 2 occasions a week apart. Each time, they correctly and quickly identified the issue. Anthony was very stand up about the work that needed to be done and didn't just tell me, he invited me back into the shop to show and explain the issues. All told, I had my alternator, struts, sway bar links and tires replaced quickly and without issue. Additionally, for those worried about estimates they might give, they may say estimate, but that ended up being what I paid both times. There wasn't additional cost and there very clear about being greenlit before doing any work. And on top of it all, Anthony offered me a ride back home while the work was being done and then picked me up upon completion. To take the time to do something they had no obligation to do was amazingly considerate. Go to Mongo's for you car needs, they do it better than anyone!
