The lady was incredibly helpful (I think her name was Nancy) and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Sure...the shirts cost me a little more than online but I was happy to pay it to support a local company and to avoid the possibility of shipping delays. Apparently, finding a quality screenprinter is hard to find…read more The first couple of orders went OK, even though their ordering process is very cumbersome and I end up sending more information to be sure they get things right. My last order was a disaster. The order was placed and you are blind as to when anything goes into production or ships because there is no way to track the order. Then we had a storm that wiped out power for many people. They experienced some issues, and that's fine, but communicate that with your customers. They failed to do that. I asked for an update on my order on Friday, the original ship date, and was told they were a day behind due to the storm and that my order would ship on Monday. Today is Thursday and I had to reach out again because there was no communication with me. I was told they still haven't processed the order because staff was sick, the power issue hasn't fully been resolved, and a bunch of other nonsense. Where was the communication so I could tell my customer the situation? Instead, they just gave me the big middle finger. Avoid Ohio Screen. It's an awful ordering process, and their communication is non-existent. Now, I have to wait to receive my blank garments back and get them to another decorator so I can get the order to my customer, which now will be about two weeks past their date needed. Apparently, communication is a lost art.
