I love this store. It's a great way to purchase high end home goods at a reasonable price. They are always courteous and professional.

Another friend and I attended one of the pre auction events in November 2023 and were greeted with such hospitality, it was an incredible experience. Cynthia, Bridget, Tom, Marjorie and team provided a wonderful overview of the auction process as I was an auction newbie at that point and did not understand how it worked as in my mind from movies, etc it was always in person. The process is super easy to learn and the items in the auction were so gorgeous - I ended up buying some chairs and participating in my first auction following the experience. My arts group will be doing an event with Neuve for the upcoming auction in February 2024. Cannot wait and couldn't recommend them enough - you will spend some money here

The lady informed me that they was staying away from the "modern" collections. Only problem is most of these decanters are from 1980 and before. Quite a few very rare and expensive collectors items from the member only jim beam club. I had a professional appraiser tell me that the collection would sell between 10 and 25k dollars at an auction. If you have anything that you want auctioned off i would advise you to go to Kikos auction house. the lack of knowledge from this place is astounding.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience…read more I worked directly with Dick Kiko and Colton Kiko at KIKO Realtors in connection with the auction of multiple properties. From the beginning, I was not clearly informed about key risks, including how auction pricing would be handled or the potential outcomes. During the process, properties were sold at prices significantly below market value, including one property sold for under $10,000 despite prior discussions and comparable values being substantially higher. When I raised concerns immediately and refused to move forward, I was required to pay $4,000 for a "mutual release" under the understanding that this would fully resolve the situation and release all parties. However, after signing and paying, I was later told that I would need to pursue the buyer independently despite having no direct contact with them, as all communication had been handled through their office. Additionally, requests for documentation and clarification have not been fully addressed. This experience has raised serious concerns for me regarding communication, transparency, and handling of the transaction. I strongly recommend that anyone considering working with this company fully understands all terms, risks, and documentation before proceeding.

Most auctioneers are courteous enough to take calls off hours and on weekends, but not Kiko. I called expecting to simply leave a message, but the owner or whoever the man was that answered. I proceeded with the reason for my call and he cut me off telling me that it was after hours and he'd appreciate it if I called during business hours. I have no problem doing so, but don't be an ass about it and if you don't want to take calls, maybe don't use your personal cell phone number or don't pick up and let it go to message...like MOST auctioneers with a good attitude. I wont be giving this auctioneer anymore of my business and caution others to be careful with this rude guy with a matching attitude.

Full disclosure - I grew up around the corner from Michael Press. But while we've known each other…read morefor decades, that only matters because its the reason I went to Mike for an engagement ring in the first place. However, it does not, for a moment, affect this review. Sometime a while back, I knew I was going to propose to my lovely fiance (spoilers! she said yes), and started shopping for a ring. Researched the important factors and started looking around, and while i found a lot of nice rings, nothing that really called to me. It was a frustrating process, culminating in buying what I thought would be the perfect ring online, only to return it. That was probably the lowest moment, and so I took a break in my ring shopping. Fast forward some months later, and I saw someone else from my hometown post photos on social media of a beautiful designer engagement ring from Mike Press, and so I reached out to Mike. I had no idea what I wanted, even after all that shopping, and couldn't have been more nervous. I didn't want to design a custom ring, because I have the imagination of a piece of wood, so I relied on Mike to ask the right questions and pick out a number of options. He was patient, detailed in his explanations of various rings and options, and came up with a number of beautiful suggestions. Nevertheless, I still could not make a decision. I was scared of completely screwing this up. I asked a million questions, then disappeared for weeks while I thought about it, only to come back and ask more questions. Mike never brushed me off or decided I wasn't going to be a sale - he just kept helping me along. In the end, not only did Mike find a beautiful diamond but he held it for me in spite of having other interested parties. Sent me photos, videos, descriptions, etc until I was finally able to pull the trigger. With the perfect diamond, he then suggested what ended up being the perfect setting to go with it. I was so trilled with what he put together that I wasn't even worried about whether or not Melissa would like it. Again, it was perfect. I wish I could find more good things to say. This was an incredibly stressful and nerve wracking process but Mike made it easy in the end. I was glad to give the business to someone I've known my whole life, but even still, was not expecting the kindness, patience, and helpfulness to the degree Mike provided. He bent over backwards to make this easy.
