So I called the pediatrician's office and they said they called it in. I went inside to double check and the guy behind the counter found that it was in there but had been deleted for some reason. One, I had a family member go in to pick my scripts as I was at home sick, they said they had three scripts (which was right) but then they only gave her two and told her that if the third one was really mine I would need to come back in and get it. It was just prescription strength vitamin D. I went back in the next day and they claimed they never had the third prescription. After this last time I have change pharmacies. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

The store itself is spacious, stocked well (a few bare shelves due to the current covid19) but that is to be expected. They have a whole back section of GNC items, that are priced about the same as Amazon, or the GNC website. They seemingly have a great variety of items that are not GNC as well, that have BOGO sales, but when you're looking for two of the same item, it falls short. The higher prices supplements you'll have to ask for assistance on, as they usually have the empty box on the shelf, with you having to get a employee to bring you the actual bottle. Maybe they have lots of theft? I'm not too sure. The store really falls short in their clearance section, it's just an end cap with everything in baskets thrown together. Things are grossly opened, leakage, and most items weren't even a good deal. The $1 deals section is also a disappointment, its located on a random aisle, in the food section. It wasn't even the full aisle, just a small space. At other large locations, Rite Aid will have a whole long aisle dedicated to everything $1. It's a great spot in the store, especially for cheap items that you're only using once, or for little snacks. Karen was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped me find a completely different brace which happened to be over-the-counter. And economical in price. Lucky me! I found much relief with this simple pull on knee brace. I've been using it since I left the store couple days ago. It has reduced my pain level and dysfunction. I really was impressed by the Customer Service and knowledge of the staff here. As well, I bought a shoe insert at the same time.
